Came in here on a whim because I live across the street and I’ve been having trouble finding a good nail place since my usual girl moved away several months ago. I couldn’t have been happier. They took me as a walk in no problems, and my nails came out beautifully. She was so patient and I could tell she really wanted my nails to be done perfectly. I’ve received so many compliments on my design, and the quality of the nails themselves is fantastic. I have bad anxiety and put off getting my nails done sometimes because of it, but the nail tech respected my desire to just sit quietly and read on my kindle while she did my nails. I would highly recommend this place for all these reasons and more. Can’t wait for my next visit already! Updating to say they knocked it out of the park again. This will for sure be my new place. I have never ever had such a gentle manicure, not so much as a single scratch like the other salons. Bell was so sweet, my design came out perfect and the shape/length is exactly what I wanted. They were so kind and friendly. A+ experience all around. My mother in law and I will be back regularly for sure.

The pedicure itself was average, no complaints. However my nail technician was severely lacking in customer service. I asked for a regular pedicure, and she told me she would only do it with callus treatment because my heels were terrible. Okay, fair, I wear flip flops 24/7. Then another customer came in and she rushed my pedi to get to her, asked me to pay before she had even put a top coat on. Okay, youre busy, I understand. Then she charged me twice. She voided the second receipt and wouldn't give me a copy. She argued with me that I didnt know enough, I dont understand anything, I don't know how voids work. I do, I just wanted proof in case it didn't drop off my account. She was literally screaming all this in my face as I calmly asked her to stop shouting at me and calm down. Needless to say - despite the outcome of my pretty toes, they just lost a weekly customer. Oh, and as another person came in for a service, she yelled out to another employee in the back who came out looking severely annoyed and covered in black hair dye.

Edit - wow! I had an appointment time showed up on time and then they had me sitting there for 35 minutes before I finally questioned what was going on and they told me I'd have to wait another 10 minutes minutes so I had to walk out. They wasted over 30 minutes of my time And now I won't be able to get a pedicure at all today Because I don't have time to go anywhere else now. I literally cried out of frustration because of the way that it was handled. The only thing they could do was say sorry….. sorry it's not gonna fix any problems and it's not gonna stop me from editing this review either. Figure out another way to retain customers. Ever since I found this place, I always try to get in here before going anywhere else. They are thorough on my pedicure and actually get all the cuticles clipped down around the nails and take the time to find any little ingrown spots and carefully clip them all. They are all genuinely nice ladies, too - kind and accommodating.

I was in the area and decided to get a gel manicure for an upcoming wedding I was attending. I had my toddler with me and for a small price they received a “manicure” as well. It was a pleasant experience. However, two days later I noticed my “gel” nails began to lift and soon after began to chip. Later, all nail polish was chipped or half gone 6 Days post manicure I returned to the salon so that the nails could be redone. And I was told that they could not help me and to return on a day when the original technician could fix the nails. Mind you, all parties did not know who the technician was or when she would be working. At this point the wedding is two days away and I do not live in the area. Still the salon refused to help me. Stating that the technician who did my nails the first time needed to be the one responsible. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of money! Very disappointed, and would not recommend.

Went in for a basic pedicure and polish. I found this little shop about a month ago and it was so close to my house so I decided I would go there again because the first time she did such a beautiful job. But my experience yesterday was for the same exact thing, a basic pedicure, and, when I went to pay it ended up with a $10 tip $96! Imagine my surprise because when I questioned her she said yeah pedicure and $85 all time. As much as I like the people there and I like the job that she did there’s no damn pedicure worth $85 so I will not be going back there, I guess when she didn’t give me the selection of choices I should’ve maybe asked the question. But I’ve just never had to do that before!

It was an absolutely horrible experience! It took an hour and 55 minutes for a simple manicure gel! My nails were bumpy. You could simply see the brush path on my nails. She didn't say sorry and started removing gel, and the machine burnt my nails. Another person started over the gel, was rude, didn't say sorry, and didn't clean and polish the finish touch. Even didn't use lotion. Never ever come back to this spa with terrible customer service! I told the person who was doing check out, and she said because of gel, they couldn't clean under my nails, and I told her it's not y first time using gel! I told her I'm not happy and never came back! It was my first and last time in this place!

I go in and I ask if I could get a manicure and pedicure for my daughter and manicure for me, the lady said in 15 minutes i said ok so I go and get my daughter from the truck and when we go in to look for the colors she goes up to me and said no we can’t do it anymore. This business should remove the walk-in sign they have and actually not tell the people that they can do the business in 15 min if all they are going to do is turn them away. The location was convenient for me but never have I felt like I was judged and then turned away I will not recommend this place to other people.

I've been searching and searching for a great nail salon since I moved to the Phoenix area in 2020. I finally found it. Other places have given me good nails the first time I've gone but then when I went back the second time it wasn't that good or they filed into several of my fingers..... Not here at Garden Nails.... I've gotten great nails by Bell every time I've gone. All of the staff are super friendly. The salon is not only pretty but always very clean. I don't care where I live in Arizona this is the only place I will go to get my nails done!

I had a appointment at 11:30am for nails and feet I got my feet done my mom got her feet done the one who did my feet did a amazing job I love them my mom sat there for 45 minutes waiting to get her nails done the lady just did someone else’s nails then didn’t even acknowledge my mom and went to go do someone else’s nails so we left and are going somewhere else for nails customer service is very important and we didn’t get the best customer service in this situation we will not be going back only 4 stars was giving because our feet looks amazing

I've been visiting Mindy Nails for a long time. Mindy is so precise and takes such pride in her work! Everytime I leave the spa, my nails are done to perfection. Additionally, she's very creative and open to suggestions. I've included a picture of my Christmas nails, done by putting ideas together to create a new technique. Sort of a cross between French manicure and ombre, my nails look frosty! Like glitter was sprinkled on from above! I've gotten so many complements, they attract attention wherever I go. It is under new management.I made an appointment still had to wait 25 min. Asked for the BASIC pedi 30$ package with callus add on, she has finished callus remover and scrubbing I felt my feet and still felt a but rough. I also noticed dry skin on my heels. I asked her if we can do another scrub or somthing but she said no because she only does heel, sorry but is part my foot. I we went in circles a couple of times. I got off chair and ask to pay her for her services. She said 30, she didn't even remove skin under bed of mail. Really ?.

Got brow and lip waxing, a regular manicure and the "tropical " pedicure. The ladies there were welcoming and knowledgeable. They spoke English like natives though they communicated in their native language with each other. No high pressure upselling. They present you with a menu, answer questions but ultimately let you decide on your sevices. The chairs looked new. The place is bright, airy and open. I will definitely be returning.

This is one of the most unprofessional nail salons I’ve ever been to, I paid for quality and that is not what I receive she used scissors to cut my acrylics and my nails have scratches and scuffs a day after getting them done! Absolutely no nail prep she even dropped the light on my hand and I had to pick it up myself! Designs are limited to what they want to do at that time. Very lovely women but I will never go again.

We've gone to Mindy's for a few years and love all the girls!! My 4 y.o. daughter particularly loves Kim, who is really amazing and treats her extremely well. We'll never go anywhere else. They do a fantastic job and take pride in the quality of their work. My (very rugged, manly) husband even joins us for a pedi on occasion! =)

Worst place ever !! Bad quality products , gel change color in less than 3 days , went back to get it fix she said it was my fault . This is so ridiculous . Was her customer for years . No discount . Tiffanys on bell rd and cavecreek is better than this place also less expencive !!! .

Rude and unfriendly went to see about getting my nail fixed and it went from how can I help you to we are busy they didn't even know if I was going to end up doing more than that because they were so rude there was no one even in there to say that they were busy would never go again

I absolutely love this place! All of the ladies that work here do an awesome job, every time! This is the only nail salon I go to, and I have never been disappointed. It is clean and spacious and the chairs are really comfy. Thank you to the employees for always doing a great job!

Ive been coming here for the last year twice a month and not once have I left disappointed with my services. The pedicures are by far the best I've had. Althought the dip powder and designs Ive asked for turn out great too. All the ladies there are super attentive and really nice.

My daughter and I have been going to Mindy for over 10 years. We used to live down the street and moved away almost 5 years ago and continue to drive over to this nail salon. You should call ahead and make an appointment because they are always busy. I highly recommend it here.

Nails lifted within hours, I came back the following morning for a fix and was told they didn't have time to fix them. Mind you there were 3 of them and only 2 customers.. contesting with my credit card company and going elsewhere

Most terrible place i've ever been to!. I actually had to do my own nails the lady had no idea what she was doing she was too old she couldn't even see she has to apply the fill twice.

Don't go here. Their top coat is horrible nails don't dry and are mushy but they still charged me!
