Stress free, diligent, fair and determined. I recently had the pleasure of a seamless and stressless experience, working with both Marc Wynn and Aviv Samuel from Gary Peer’s Carnegie office. Marc sold my house for me and Aviv sold my new one to me, with both transactions occurring, as if fated, within a serendipitous hour of each other. Marc had been burdened with the unenviable task of selling my house and, although it is a great property, it would most likely have been more of a challenge for him, than others. Marc proved himself to be a man of his word, who exceeded the price I was expecting while selling to a buyer who adores the idiosyncrasies of my former home and who, I imagine, will lovingly put its uniqueness to their advantage. For me, the most important part of my experience with both Marc and Aviv, was how professional and committed both of them are to their jobs and in turn, their clients. They both remained in constant contact with me, showing transparency and, most importantly, pride in their performance and respect towards their company name. If Marc and Aviv are any indication of their company’s culture, it appears to revolve around behaving honourably and scrupulously in a profession that is often demeaned for its dishonesty. Couple this solid ethical foundation with “hostage negotiator” levels of skilful diplomacy and loads of charisma, without the smarm and you have the ONLY estate agency and agents you should consider for these parts of town. Gary Peer and Associates appears to have also created a systemic data base of agents who work with each other and for each other as collaborators, rather than competitors, under a management that clearly challenges its employees to grow beyond any perceived limitations and to deliver to the customer on time, every time. A win/win for everyone involved.

Bad experience with senior property manager Robert Litinetsky. After inspecting and applying for the property, 12/10 ,did not receive an automatically generated email as a receipt of application (every time I applied recieved one straight away)...tried to call listed number, Robert Litinetsky,no response...sent an email,no response.After some time,he sms-ed that application is received and will start processing on Friday.Never contacted afterwards.New inspection was arranged on Saturday (as saw on RealEstate app)..Sent messages again,try calling..no response.Called office, receptionist said Robert was busy. Next day received email that he needs my current employer details and previous one. Provided straight away.also saying that my previous employment team left that company and will be difficult to reach anyone. Didn't reply. Emailed next day and again...called...messaged...Never heard back.Around 20/10 Robert emailed that he is waiting for someone from my previous company to call him back. I tried to call again to explain that no one will call...as we all left the team,no one will bother themselves to call back....No response,emailed ..no response..27/11 received an email that my application was not successful. Pointing out,my husband and I very strong applicants,out of 50 inspected properties got approved 40, however upon second inspection found faculties and we withdraw our application. This apartment,with Gary Peer, we liked very much and wanted to move asap...had every document ready... However, Robert found us not successful applicants. Wondering did he send our application to the owner at all?!...Very bad, disappointing attitude towards another people.Using his role as an advantage.

We have been knowing Leor Samuel since we purchased our first home from him 16 years ago, back when he was still with the other real estate agent. He has delivered the greatest service, that's why we looked for him again when we decided to sell our house. Just like 16 years ago, he once again looks after us very well. I had no idea how much effort went into selling a home, and when it came to finding a Real estate agent, I was not sure how to proceed. We were delighted with Leor and the team at Gary Peer when selling our home in Carnegie via Auction. Disorganised and take a long time to fix issues. We were not informed that our property manager had left and when we emailed in our notice we recieved no response. I emailed a different person who told me that I already knew that our original property manager had left (I didn't), and then wouldn't use the original date of notice so we had to pay extra to cover the time past the date we were expecting to move out. When we had inspections and reported damage/broken appliances they blamed us and then didn't arrange for it to be fixed. The structural problems still haven't been fixed, they just slapped a coat of paint over the top and are now renting it out for $50 more a week!

I sold my property with Rishi at Gary Peer. So happy with how everything turned out. There are lots of great realtors in the area, but I chose Rishi because I knew he was going to work hard for a positive outcome. If you want to ruin your life then this is the place. Once you signed the lease then you are trapped. No response to phone calls/emails. I was handed over (during lockdown) a unit which had a Mould in the kitchen sink area. I have been pursuing since last two months to get it fixed but no response. they dont care even its related to health, my tap water is coming dirty, plumber suggested to change the line but no response either.

What can I say, Leor was magnificent. He relayed to me exactly what the probabilities would be during the 6 week period of open house and he was spot on.
