I had an extremely negative experience with Gaura Travel. In the first phone call, I spoke to a helpful agent about a seat selection issue on their website. However, after the call, my I have started booking again after refreshing the page and booking got failed, and $180 was deducted from my account. When I called back for refund, they suggested I speak to a sales agent who could fix the issue by applying the $180 credit to a new booking. While on the call with their agent the ticket price increased again, but I still agreed to proceed. The second booking attempt also failed and they have told me another price is increase that’s why the booking failed and I have been charged $180 again. So no guarantee any price while you’re phone with them and doing every single step with their agent and timing of booking still under their time limit. The sales agent wanted me to try a third time, with new big prices differenc but I declined, concerned about the lack of price guarantee. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there was no one available and was denied their name to tell me. This experience has led me to believe that Gaura Travel may be engaging in scam-like practices. I suggest booking through the airline's website or visiting a reliable agency like Flight Centre if you are in Australia. Now, I have been going so much frustration to get my refund back from them.

Extremely Frustrating Experience I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Gaura Travel. The customer service was nothing short of disastrous. Despite numerous calls, my issues remained unresolved, and the lack of responsiveness was incredibly frustrating. Firstly, the itinerary had my wife’s name incorrect, a basic yet critical detail that seemed impossible for them to rectify. Additionally, there was a missing infant ticket, which only added to my concerns. Each time I called, I was met with empty promises of callbacks that never materialized. The pinnacle of my frustration came when they hung up on me, leaving me with unresolved problems and no avenue for communication. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Gaura Travel, as my experience indicates a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer concerns. Choose a travel agency that values its customers and provides reliable service.

The world's worse travel agency I have ever faced. I would have given 0 star if there is an option for that. Gaura travels only focuses for sales not for their customer satisfaction. Once they manage to sell tickets, they never answer your queries. I paid the full amount nearly two months prior to flight date and didn't receive my e-ticket. While following up, it is found that they have never booked one and just delaying me by finding excuses and just transferring calls within themselves. After 3 days of continuous follow up, provide me e-ticket with wrong surname. Asked to change but just ignored me. Thanks to Airlines that understand my situation and allows my infant to fly with me. I would highly recommend everyone not to book any flights from Gaura Travels. Gaura Travel will never understand how much request I have to make in Airport and stressed I was.

This travel agency's service left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. The agent's promise that sharing payment screenshots would reveal any potential problems turned out to be a blatant trick. After enduring six long hours of back-and-forth calls, she nonchalantly dropped the bombshell that my booking had been canceled. And, as if that wasn't enough. I was now informed that I have to navigate the bureaucratic nightmare of filling out forms just to get a paltry 5% refund. This kind of unprofessionalism is inexcusable, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of them – you'd be better off planning your travels elsewhere. All calls been picked up in india and there is no professionalism I have leg go my 5% which is $480.00 as I just don’t see the points of going this process as I will never get my money back

Totally scam. In this booking company everybody cheat costumers. I book my ticket form them but due to some health reason I am not able to travel from Melbourne to Dehli so I just call them the reason on call for a weeek on regular basis but they just transfer call one person to another no one can reply properly just like a robot ‘’yes sir sorry sir’’ like this and they scam with me. When I boook my ticket they said it is refundable or you can change date as well in case you will not able to travel but now they just play game with me like transfer my call to costumer servie and when I said to transfer call to refund team they said they are not available. At the end I will recommend to everyone please not go with Gaura travels they scam with costumer

I had bad an experience with gaura travel. I wanted to modify my flight ticket but I discussed with agent they added some extra charges for changing tickets. They booked my ticket so we can't change our self. They have cheated and providing unprofessional services with me. I did complain but Complain Manager Mrs Supriya never listened properly about customer concern. She doesn't know about how to talk and deal with customer. So I request to all new customer never book flight tickets or any deals with Gaura travel because once you paid full amout of ticket price than they never help you. This is my First and last booking with gaura. I give you 1 out of 10 star for gaura travel. This is the worst travel company in the world.

Why wasting our time if you have already decided not to help? Entire team played in a way that I lost so much money. Just talk sweet but totally inefficient. 15days cancellation policy not mentioned anywhere in the document! Lost all 1250 dollars. Because the complaints team didn't reply me on time, the date change can also not be done on time as informed by the date change team! You guys are terrible and irresponsible, specially you [Name Removed] who after my repeated requests didn't call back on time and just informed me at 8 pm Melbourne time, when the time for airlines is closed. Because of your delay, I now can't even change my date. Horrible horrible experience! Stay away!

We booked tickets from this agency and now when comes to cancel they proved to be biggest LIARS and FRAUD as they are charging almost all off the paid money as cancellation fee even they said we can cancel it and there is no charge as money is not transferred to airline yet. Never seen and experienced these type of SCAMMERS and bunch of THUGS who enjoys giving hard time to customers and con their hard earned money. Don't go their and book with them, you will regret. Hi folks, BE AWARE… I had very bad experience. It’s a SCAM…At the time of booking over the phone. Next day I received a phone call within 15 hours, saying they didn’t receive funds via my bank (as per the agent) on time hence the airlines cancelled the PNR. They never bought tickets for us neither issued tickets to us .I am still waiting for my refund. I haven't got my money back. I called their Customer service numerous times and don't have any solution from them.I want my ticket money back.

The worst service ever. Don't even call them. They make fake promises. I was booking tickets and they asked me to wait for their call to process further as there were issues with the system. I waited for a call no one called me. The next day I called them and said you have to add $ 800 extra to get the same deal. Seriously. I ended up doing to some one else.

Bitter experience. I wouldn’t recommend to use their service. If you do, please do not share your credit card details. They may charge extra and then you have to fill all the details (which they already have) and then wait for 6-8 weeks. In my case I didn’t get my money back, frustrating but one cannot spend that much time.

Stay away. Told them that I was going to pay using credit card. They took 5% payment via credit card. For remaining payment they demanded b pay or bank transfer. Then they tell me the originally booked dates were sold out. Totally unprofessional staff. They are nothing but scamsters.
