If you’re on the lookout for a vehicle in Abu Dhabi, I recommend that you make your way to Genesis. We were in the search for a new SUV, when we visited the Genesis Showroom. I am glad we did! We were greeted by Suleiman, who I think is one of the kindest people out there. No matter what question you had, he made sure that your concerns were heard and any question was answered with clarity. Suleiman gave us a run through of all the details of the car and we immediately knew that we had to get our hands on a Genesis. We received our GV80 just a few days back, and after driving it, I believe we made the right decision trusting Suleiman and going with Genesis! :) Really appreciate Suleiman for keeping his promise and going above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience with Genesis.

Salesman was great. But the sad part is that I was so close to buying the car and waiting for a test drive. I was told the car is not in Abu Dhabi, i asked to be informed where the car is and ill go there and test it even if it was in RAK, as im travelling soon and i need to finalise ASAP. Sadly, i never received a call to inform me where the car is and received a call once it was back in AD (a week later), and lost interest as usually the sales part is the best part of a car-buying journey, I couldn't imagine how bad It could get going forward with the agency to the after-sales part. (and I didn't have time as i was travelling). This is an example of how employee incentives and commissions could work against the employing company, thinking of personal gain rather than greater benefit.

Great experience in dealing with Genesis, especially with Mr. Sulaiman who showed professionalism in promoting the brand and processing of the purchase of my G80. I have only one comment for Genesis in UAE: the current service center for genesis in mussafah ( kia and hyundai service center) represents your brand badly and in negative way where you go inside the service center and you can not even see a logo of Genesis, this is besides the mentality and the ignorance of the service advisors who deals with you like you brought a kia rio for service. For a complete client experience, Genesis needs to have a dedicated service center for its brand. Otherwise, this point will be a big factor in avoiding your brand for your future customers.

I came i was waiting for the sales guy he was with other customer i wait approximately 10-15 mints i just want ask about a car price because i wanna by it when he finished i said to him i have question he said to me in very rode way no you cant ask because we are closed!!! So he can say it in good way i turn for him my bake on my way out after that he said u can ask only one question!!!!!! Car is good but the service support and any support you need you will suffer.. they tell you they will fully support you after sales but its totally the oppfrom the day they get there payment they won't even care for you or give you any support what so ever. The car has improved but the people and the help are way far from quality standards or any luxury or premium care You have to run around and each person will through you to the other person... so shocking and sad to see this

Was planning seriously to check and own one of their great cars. However, the experiance with the salesman was really bad! During his marketing explanation, the message was this is the way we operate, this is the way we do businesses, these are the available options.. if you don't like it, leave it! Their cars are really good. However, am I going to buy a car from a showroom with this attitude towards their customers? I don't think so

Suleiman has to be one of the best and most professional sales oriented individuals I've ever dealt with. Very attentive and responsive to queries and very straightforward in terms of tackling any questions that I inquired about. He is a great example of how salespeople should be in any industry. I really appreciated dealing with him and would definitely recommend directly dealing with him if you were to buy a Genesis.

I had to wait a few months to receive my GV80 as it was the first batch of GV80 seven seaters coming to UAE but it was worth the wait. Suleiman provided excellent customer service and kept me regularly updated. The car is luxury at its best and has all the technology one can wish for at an excellent price. I highly recommend this dealership for your next Genesis.

Great showroom. Staff was friendly, although not very attentive unless you start asking questions (or at least in the beginning). Prices seem steep, although the tech in the cars justify it.
