Ghanda has very aggressive refund tactics. So much so that if you make a mistake they will have to call their head office. I literally bought something ten minutes prior to returning it, hard no. Other clothing stores are a lot friendlier and relaxed with their rules so I will be shopping elsewhere for kids clothes from now on. I bought other items at the same time too, just an honest mistake.

Grrrr. Stuck here with the daughter and wife for over an hour. Annoying. Seems to be a rip curl or quicksilver clone. Clothes seem nice enough. Really confusing 10 dollars off next purchase or buy at the same time whilst howling at the moon or something. My daughter loves it here. Sigh.

Great customer service. The staff is very helpful especially in lockdown period. I had an item that l bought online and wanted an exchange. She helped me a lot for the process.

Just stood at the desk to buy a gift card. Was ignored. When I asked if anyone was working a pimply faced employee snapped " no" to me. No such thing as customer service here.
