Would have given 0 if it wasn't for a great CSR who helped us out with picking a few styles. The range itself is great but their overall staff is a let down. The guy working around fitting rooms was just not enthusiastic about anything regarding his work. Extremely rude, had the worst body odor, and kept hassling us to get out. My partner and I had planned to shop for our Europe trip so wanted to get around 10-12 different outfits but the hassling just turned us off. Just appalling as Ghanda is a good brand and to have such staff will wreck their image. From the recent reviews, it doesn't seem the regional manager is working on improving this.

At 4.30pm Saturday, 1 hour before closing time, we were refused entry to change room as the rooms were "closed" because they were closing soon. My sister who has 2 babies wanted to try on a top that would have taken less than 5 minutes wasn't allowed to do so. When she asked if it's ok to return once she tried them on at home they said no refund. We pretty much begged to try on 1 item and they wouldn't budge. I work in retail and have had to stay back even half an hour. They had plenty of time and still refused. Will never be shopping at Ghanda again as this was an absolute disgrace

This store has the most amazing clothing don’t get me wrong, but everytime I’ve visited the staff have completely ignored my presence; even when I’ve been right next to one whom was folding clothes at an area I was looking at. I’ve worked in retail and a simple quick “hello” or “did you need a hand” is the first thing you’re trained to do, it’s simple manners! The staff just chat away to each other, not turning and asking any of the customers if they need a hand! Definitely love the clothing and quality; but the staff are the only downside.

Clothing here reminds me of a store in the 90's, very alternative/grunge. Awesome! One staff member in particular ruined it for the rest of the team who were awesome. She asked me rudely to leave my trolley aside because it was taking up too much room, but there was prams in there, also 4 staff members standing around chatting taking up just as much space. I had valuable items in my trolley so didn't want to leave it unattended.

Terrible refund policy which now puts me off buying. No other retailer makes it so difficult to get a full refund. Store credit for 6 months or partial refund. Not fair. I purchased items in good faith for my daughter. They didn't fit. I should be able to get a full refund.

Service was pretty good. But what stood out was when I wanted to return some items. The team were so good and really helped me a lot! Thanks :)

Terrible customer experience. They don’t offer refunds and only offer a 6 month store credit. Would never shop from them again.
