When you need quality shoes that fit properly, you need expert advice and patience. The staff here don't just sell you anything to get you out the door as quickly as possible, they go through all the available sizes and make sure your feet are comfortable. I spent about an hour with the lovely kiwi lady until I found what was the most comfortable. I ended up going with the first pair I laid my eyes on in actual fact and I tried at least half a dozen styles. These are the Wauldlaufer H-Max Crazy Horse Bear Sand Carbon which are super comfy and wide fit with a zip for easy on and off. Highly recommended

I couldn't commend the service I received at Gilmours, Melrose Park any higher. They are brilliant. I came to the store at opening time and the personal care and customer service I received was first class. They have me on their data base for the work shoes I usually get yearly. I was even more happy They had my size 16 which can be hard to find. I'm going to keep on coming back so please don't disappear. I am extremely happy. Thankyou once again. She listened to what I needed and then went out of her way help. I’ll definitely go back there for my next pair of shoes and I will definitely recommend going there to anyone.
