Firstly they get my appointment details wrong after I mentioned that ny booking was for my husband.secondly no offer of coffee tea or even water while I waited for my husbands massage to finish.The team was not very friendly and not to mention their bell does not even work I had to stand and wait for quite some time to be let back into the building after I went to purchase my own coffee elsewhere.now please note I an bit venting for nothing I too work with customers and will Never treat a paying customer who spends almost R600 for this kind of service.Im sorry but I will never go there ever again.

If I could, I would give gingerlilly more stars! My sister and I both had a lovely classic facial done by Jo. Not only do you feel amazing after the facial, but Jo's advice makes the world of a difference. I had my first Jo facial a few months ago, after struggling with problem skin for a while. The changes I made and advice I got regarding products (with really no added pressure at all) made such a amazing difference to my skin. Thanks Jo, and thanks gingerlilly! You will see me and everyone I can suggest you too soon!

Its situated in a place where is very quite which I believe that it's part of the reason why it's a place one needs to go if they want some moments of relaxation. The staff is very friendly. They understood the fact that it was my first time going to a spa for a Full body massage. I really enjoyed it. It was one of those moments I felt that I was at peace and relaxed. The staff really knows what they are doing and I surely will go back again
