They help out the community unlike that other once good charity Salvos,who now think they are a retail store! They are so picky now on what they take from people, who try and help out by donating their free items instead of selling them online. I once offered a really nice 2 seater sofa but because it's dust cover underneath was slightly torn,they said no thanks! It killed me getting it in the ute at home and now they're getting snobby Do I don't give them anything more do I shop there anymore !

I love shopping here, the items are clean. The clothes are placed in order of size, well labelled. Reasonable price and good opportunity to buy items that come cheap in the op shop. It is about giving the goods a second chance, at the same time helping the people who need the goods. The staff are very friendly and always happy, seems they are enjoy the work they are doing

Quaint little op shop with plenty of variety and amazing prices. The shops' contents are varied and the place is quite big. Took me awhile to work my way around. Plenty of clothes, glassware and books. They even stock seasonal material for Christmas or Halloween!

This Op shop has gone back to basics, it’s not about the labels it’s about providing low income people affordable clothing and goods. It is what a true opportunity store should be.

Incredible prices and the staff are so sweet, lovely ladies, hearts of gold. Great range of everything there. Love the place. It's a hidden treasure in the heart of Pakenham.

Friendly staff. All too happy to help when dropping off goods and also when browsing and buying in the store. A great variety of items.

Who doesn't love an opp shop. Lots around this area so this one is probably smaller and has less quality stock but the staff are nice

Lovely store, prices have gone up abit than usual but not too excessively which is good. Toys are abit pricey.
