Unfortunately, patient care is very poor at receiving admissions, and answering is very poor, and telephone answering staff are strangely able to repeat only a few sentences that have already been taught to them. They have no cooperation to help the patient.

Since moving up north I had to change doctors, and I am so glad I was recommended Dr Brock. He is caring, thorough, transperant, and takes the time to explain things to me. The nursing team is also great! This is one of the best run clinics I've attended.

Good clinic, but loses a little gloss due to needing to book approximately a week in advance typically (I think Gladstone Park has too many Boomer Hypochondriacs), plus appointments can run late... ...apart from that, can't recommend highly enough.
