Got an infill with shellac, lashes and pedicure on Thursday! I have to officially say I have found my favourite lash and nail place. Jackie is AMAZING. I was unsure walking in due to being a new shop but I loved it here. Jackie and I were chatting the whole time and was really funny. I have been getting my lashes done for such a long time elsewhere and am usually unhappy with them due to wanting natural and they always do them dramatic no matter how much I say ‘less’. Jackie understood the assignment and did them exactly as I wanted and they were perfect. I will be booking my nails and lashes at glam nails from now on.

I went in there for acrylic nails. I told them in the beginning I want not too long square nails but slightly curve on the sides. The lady started my nails and I was telling her again and again to make it square she wouldn’t listen properly. Just said Dnt worry I do it. Later it was not square rather almond shape. when fixing it one of my nails became short. I was very disappointed but didn’t say anything there as they wouldn’t listen and talk in their language. Very disappointed. Will never visit again.

I had a fantastic experience here today. I haven’t had lash extensions in years and I was really nervous because it was my first time coming here but I asked the ladies for a natural look and showed some pictures for reference and although I was a little indecisive, the ladies gave me exactly what I was after and I was even happier with the result than I imagined. The service here is wonderful and the ladies are extremely kind and hospitable. Will definitely make this my new go to. Thank you ladies!

Went for a pedicure and nails yesterday. The worst experience ever. The lady was so rude. And the pedicure was pathetic. She didn't do it properly. French tips look like some begginer painted my nails. For the nails I wanted an ombre in squoval shape. She made my nail shape square even though I showed her the picture and when I asked her to fix it she was rude to me. 2 of my nails are not even straight. Charged me 130 in total. Such a waste of money. Never going here again.

This is my 3rd visit. My initial visit was for a a full set of acrylics. Today they asked where I had them done because they're not good and need to be redone. My second visit they didn't listen at all to the length I wanted. Also, when I had my nails done today, the base of the nail is so thick it looks ridiculous. I hate my nails and have an occasion this weekend I doubt I'll go back.

First time here, I was sceptical after reading reviews and should of taken the advice on here. Rude staff and hack jobbed my pedicure. 4 toes bleeding and rubbish job. A monkey could of done a better job. I do not recommend, don't get sucked in like I did and give them the benefit of the doubt. What a waste of $40!

Lucky there isn’t a rating of -5 Worst pedicure,she couldn’t be bothered to work and didn’t have any razor blades so she pretended to shave my skin and left my feet all wet will not recommend anyone going there for anything a donkey would of done a better job with his eyes closed what a waste of time and $40

I had such a lovely experience getting a mani and pedi done here, Jackie and the girls are fantastic, welcoming and easy to talk to. My nails look look incredible ! So glad i have a reliable nail salon to go to every 2-3 weeks thats local! Thank you for the wonderful service xx

Went in wanting a pedicure and walked out feeling very disappointed. My service was completed in 15 minutes and not much difference to how I walked in. I will never be back and don’t recommend this salad unless you are wanting an express and very basic service.

Had my acrylic nails done today and am over the moon for the service I received.She looked very experienced, was patient and well trained. I forgot to ask her name but had a tattoo in her right hand. I definitely recommend going there …

Very very bad service. Didn’t ask for preference. Didnot listen ti client. I told her so many times waht shape i wanted. Such a bad customer service. Gave very bad shape and different size trim for nails. Half polished. Will never go back

Only been here two times I asked for chrome nails the execution of the nails was done well enough at the time but not even a day later the chrome started to peel considering I paid $75 they should offer some type of compensation

Don’t know what people are going on about with the negative reviews. I’ve been going here since they opened and they are fantastic. They take their time to make sure you are happy with the service. Top job guys

Ivy gave me the best manicure, she was genuinely listening to what I wanted and helped me pick the perfect colour. She was so sweet, kind and professional. Definitely recommend her!
