When I first met Nargis, she suggested for me to pop in before booking an appointment, to assess my hair condition, current colour and spent a lot of her time discussing what I wanted. After this, she booked an appointment impromptu making her diary work with a time that suited, my schedule. I wanted to get my hair colour done around juggling my work and my girls as a single mother. Nargis is an absolute natural with her colours and toning. It is especially hard to find someone that is great with blondes and she was fantastic! I walked out of there feeling 1 million bucks, I was so happy with my hair I couldn’t believe I finally found someone that could give me a result. I was thrilled with especially considering there are so many different tones of blondes. Her prices are super competitive and I couldn’t be happier. She was so lovely and considerate of my personal needs with my hair. Thank you so much Nargis X, one very happy customer right here!

I had hair colour and foils done on 2nd of January, paid $220; within 16 days the toner started to fade so fast that I could visibly see the difference in the hair colour. Upon seeing Nargis, she clearly stated that toner is meant to fade within couple of washes, that was shocking, how could toner fade within two weeks !! First She asked for more money to fix the issue. Then she asked me to visit another hair saloon!! Nargis can’t be trusted to rectify her error. She is expensive and not reliable.

I did my highlights and keratin treatment with Nargis. She has a very pleasant personality and maintains a high level of professionalism. She provides personal attention to you and gives professional opinion on high style and colour to suit individual skin tone. This was my first time I did my hair with Nargis and surely it won’t be my last one. I highly recommend her to all.

Great service, I come here, whenever I come to see my sister all the way from Deer Park. I haven't found such a great service in West Melbourne. Really appreciate Nargis work. Do visit her once if you leave in Cranbourne. Hope this saloon is in West side. …
