Had appointment booked (2x French manicure, 2x pedicure) with leniency between 2-3pm. Arrived at 2pm and was asked to come back in half an hour, no worries, came back in half an hour (noticed brand new people in chairs just starting their services) and was placed in the pedicure chairs, left with our feet in water for 45 minutes and a nail tech asked us to pick one service and I explained it’s for a wedding and needed both hence why I had booked the appointment, she walked away and took another customer into a beauty room. Sat for another 20 minutes before deciding to leave and find somewhere else. I wouldn’t have been bothered if I didn’t have an appointment but I did, so don’t take walk ins when you know you have booked in 2 services. No acknowledgement or apology even when drying our own feet off and leaving. Very disappointing.

I got my lashes done and they looked great when I left. The first thing I noticed was 10 mins after I left they were starting to seep down which I thought was fine glue was still setting so I kept brushing them gently. Then within 12 hrs I’ve had 2-3 lashes fall out. Now after 24 hrs more have come out and my left eye lashes look like they’ve been burnt (they look crinkly) and had a few more come out and they look awful. I haven’t gotten them wet, haven’t put any oil based products on them and I’ve been really gentle with them so I’m unsure what the lady did or didn’t do that she was supposed to do but I’m definitely not going back. $110 for lashes that look dreadful isn’t something to go back for

Love this place. It's now my "go-to" beauty salon. So far I've had eyelash extensions, SNS nails, Oil Massage, Waxing, Shellac Pedicure and 2 x Acne facials. I always leave feeling amazing. All of their services are high quality at great prices. My skin is already clearing up after 3 weeks. The staff are absolutely lovely and Chi, the owner, is a total angel. The salon is relatively new, so it's all clean and pretty. Go here, ladies. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot comprehend as to why one employee cannot start & finish the SNS but instead they swap/change girls? One will do the powder dipping, another will do the grinding & so on. I asked for my nails to be a round shape SNS & instead got squoval. Unfortunately, their lack of attention to detail and them rushing resulted in the SNS turning out far too thick/lumpy and unevenly filed. I hope the owner takes this as constructive criticism.

I love this place most of all you have to make an appointment. No just saying yes to everybody who walks in. The owner is on the premises it's very clean including plastic bags in the footbaths. The therapist pay attention to you I've never had foot nails cut too short. Highly recommended

I loved the service at this place. I came in just before they were closing and they still let me come in for a manicure. My manicurist Chi was absolutely amazing, not only at her job, but as a conversationalist. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here.

Friendly service, good communication of appointments. Great massage! Would be 5 stars only 90s pop covers music, no matter how good some of them might be are maybe not the right background music for relaxation, but maybe thats just me

Amazing salon. I won’t go anywhere else from now on! The nail techs had amazing attention to detail and really took the time to make sure my nails were perfect. Super clean and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit!

I call the shop for the price. She told me with colour 30$ for pedicures. I said to I don’t need any colour can you do 25$ she said to me Okk. Then I come to the shop she changed me 30$. She is very rude to me.

I got a SNS manicure here and it’s great! The service was fast and professional, clean, and the owner was lovely. My nails look awesome and there were lots of colours to choose from.

Very friendly staff and listen to what you want. Live 30 minutes away but definitely travelling to come back here as this is a place you'll want to stick with once you've tried it.
