God awful. Called ahead to see if they had a specific joist hanger that I needed. Said they had it in stock. Showed up, said no, they would need to check their suppliers. Then waited for 15 minutes, and asked if I should start calling around myself to see if I can find it in stock in town. Guys said "sure, wouldn't hurt". I do, and find the part on my own at a competitors. I will never set foot in there again.

Great company to work with. The staff are knowledgeable and trustworthy. They supply tons of products from framing materials, pre built construction grade stairs, prehung doors, and finishing materials, etc. If they don't have what you're looking for they are more than willing to order it in for you. I've been coming here since I was a kid and will keep coming back.

worse place ever to shop for anything .. everything in this place is over used they bring back broken material and reuse it over and over again very bad service every time they ship to places its broken and they give the wrong stuff and try ripping everyone off do not ever shop at glenora lumber !!

The experience I had at Glenora Lumber today was horrible. The salesman I dealt with was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not know how they plan to do business in this manner, but I will not return and would not recommend the supplier to anyone. They have no concept of customer service.

Top end place to purchase from/ work with, I always purchase all finishing material here. Always top quality material. Some of best customer service I’ve received in the industry, specifically Brian. Do yourself a favor and deal with him for your jobs - you won’t be disappointed.

Staff was very knowledgeable! I wasn't sure exactly what I needed to order for the rails I wanted to install around my deck. The sales person helped me figure out what I needed and the price was reasonable. I will be going back to order materials for my other household projects!
