I received a voucher from my husband as a xmas present for a 60 mins. Upper back massage, I was really looking forward to it. When I arrived the lady at the front directed me to sit and fill a questionnaire as I was also there for a laser hair removal consultation. Usually at this kind of places according to my previus experiences, the personnel is very kind as you are there to be pampered, but anyway, they took me to the consultation first and afterwards my massage. The consultation and massage was done by the same lady. First of all, I had my hand in a splint as I had a fractured wrist, the lady just asked me to remove my top, no help offered, and didn't offer a towel to cover myself so, I took a towel that was there and layed on the table, my arms were hanging. When lady came in, didn't explain anything and asked me to give her the towel I wrapped myself in, she did't helped me I was on my tummy and couldn't cover myself with anything. She didn't placed a towel under my feet or knees (this is a procedure most massage places know) When she started the massage it was very hard and then she didnt ask about the pressure.She had a long nail and she scratched my back 3 times, I told her and she didn't apologize, the massage was less than 20 minutes long and when it finised didn't asked how I felt, didn't gave instruccions...she just said thank you and left the room, I thought she was coming back because it was very short... It was really bad and poor service, a voucher for 60 mins was tuned into a 20 mins massage with scratches very unprofessional and terrible manners. Just terrible.

Cannot recommend due to low hygiene standards. Went there during lunch for a manicure. She rushed through the procedure, pulled a little basket from underneath the treatment table and started using the equipment to cut and file my nails. By the time I realised what was happening she had already finished cutting my cuticles. It left one of them bleeding. I looked back into the box and realised that none of the instruments she used had been sterilised. They were not individually packaged and clearly had signs of previous use. I felt disgusted by myself that I had not consciously realised this earlier. She buffed every nail exactly with 2 strokes so spent about 2 seconds on each. I ended up repeating this at home myself after the nail polish came off 3 days later. I cannot recommend this place for nail treatments. I chose the $38 manicure and had better treatments elsewhere. The hygiene standard is appalling. After she cut my cuticles bleeding she put the utensil right back into the box and put it back underneath the treatment table where she got it from. Maybe this place is good for other treatments but the hygienic standard that I leaves me to only guess how they operate in other areas. I do not believe this is an incident isolated to the beautician either, normally the instruments come in a sealed package and go straight into a separate container for sterilisation. At least this is what I expected from a place like this. The only positive thing about this place is that she gave my nails a nice shape and the other lady on duty who provided lovely customer service.

Had a wax treatment done about a year ago now and I still remember it. The lady who started on me was cold toward me and made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable with unnecessary questioning as to why I wanted a full wax, she half did the job and not well, and said we were done. I repeated for the third time what I had asked for, to be told she didn’t do that. The manager happened to be there and so she stepped in and finished the appointment but also asked uncomfortable questions, she was nice though. The salon itself is beautiful, and I am appreciative to the manager for stepping in, but I will not be going back there ever. I was left feeling like there was something wrong with me, and slightly traumatised.

Eternally grateful to Connie and the team at Glenrose Beauty for restoring my skin to a level I am so happy with. I have been seeing Connie for facials, skin needling and most recently the RF needling procedure over the past 12 months. As someone who has always been prone to acne break outs and scarring, I am over the moon with the results - my skin has never been clearer. Everything is well explained from pre-procedure prep through to after care. Whilst it is not cheap, they have the latest advanced equipment and expertise, and it is an investment you will 100% not regret. Thank you Connie and girls at Glenrose beauty - you are all angels and so skilled at what you do.

Cannot thank the girls enough!! Especially Mary! From my initial consult, She made me feel comfortable and confident she would be able to help me with my cystic acne. She has a profound knowledge of products and skin. I really was praying she would help me as I had tried everything. She had a plan to improve my skin, I was invested!! Within 2 months my acne had already started improving, and by 3 months cleared up almost completely. I couldn’t believe it. I’m so happy I stuck through all those intense facials and at home skincare routines because it was so worth it! Mary is my skin fairy and cannot recommend her enough

The staff are incredibly friendly who pride themselves on helping each client with their specific beauty needs and can provide extensive information on different products and treatments to use. Every time I have gone to the salon I have been warmly greeted and have had the therapists professionally conduct my treatment. I am currently getting laser hair removal which at first I was sceptical about, but the therapists explained all the details to me and I am loving the results. Could not recommend enough. Xx

I recently had the RF needling treatment and I’m so happy with the results. Mary was so professional and extremely knowledgeable on what treatment was best for my skin. Since the treatment I’ve noticed a huge improvement with skins appearance and a decrease in deep wrinkles and a breakdown of my pigment. I Highly recommend the Glenrose beauty gallery. I have been seeing Mary for a year now and my face has never been better. Prior to seeing Mary my face was very congested & lacked the glow. Now I get so many comments on my face and I can definitely feel & see the difference. I love having regular facials, peels & microdermabrasion & having a light treatment. Mary really takes care of me & my skin & I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing quality of treatments and customer service. My favourite treatment is the keratin lash lifts because they curl and tint my lashes permanently for up to 8 weeks, so I never have to apply mascara, all whilst keeping my lashes healthy, which is perfect especially for summer! The salon is always beautiful and clean, and I always feel relaxed after all of the treatments. Would definitely recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience today, I felt compelled to review it. My beauty therapist was absolutely amazing. She had amazing product knowledge and also an in depth knowledge of the skin. My skin was feeling dull, dry and old and I walked out feeling fantastic. I have booked more light therapy sessions with a combination of peels based on her skin consultation and I cant wait to return!

Highly recommend this beautiful salon! Small family-owned business feel with exceptional customer service, a wealth of beauty knowledge and really great products. I had a lot of congestion/pimples (mainly around my chin), Mary recommended I come in for a Microdermabrasion and I couldn’t be happy! My skin is so much clearer and I will definitely be back soon!

I have been going here for years for facials, products, eyelash perm and tint and many other procedures. They are the best ever and glad to find them so close to me. So professional, hygienic, and lovely, honest ladies. Connie is the owner and she really knows what is good! I always feel fabulous mentally and physically when I leave.

Extremely disappointed, was given a voucher for ultimate indulge facial by my kids for Christmas! This is $180 and is advertised to last for 75 minutes. The facial lasted only 60 minutes and when I realised and called back later to point this out it was not handled well and I was not offered a satisfactory resolution.

For years I've been to so many different beauty salons. By far, this is the best salon I've come across. Struggling with blackhead breakouts, Mary has been able to sort this problem for me. I always leave feeling so fresh. Thank you ladies for your ongoing service. I highly recommend x
