Mates and I love Gloria Jean's and decided to go out our way last night to finally go to this one. Interior looks really nice and service was quick :) Everyone at the table got a dessert from the cabinet, though not everyone fancied the taste of their selected slice. I had the red velvet cake and it was alright, not as much much flavour though. All our regular drink orders were made the way we know it to be, so we were happy by the end and had our Gloria Jeans craving satified I haven't visited Gloria Jeans in a while so the posters advertising new menus (NY cookies, Oreo chiller range etc) made me curious to try next time. If ever in the area, will visit again!

Inside the aesthetic is great and the sweets look amazing. Not too much seating due to limited space, but it's nice. I'm sure this place is kickin' for some but in my Experience it's left a bad taste for a mate and I. We came in after I was all hyped up to get a chiller and I'd hyped him up too. Get to the counter and try to order him just a coffee chiller, like a plain Jane no flavour/sugar coffee Chiller. The lady suggested the vanilla chiller, to which my friend and I questioned her - we just want coffee, not flavoured. Her and her colleague said its just coffee, scoffed/laughed at us because I have no idea why? So we ordered it, thinking she understood we wanted it plain coffee. Anyway, we get it and it's riddled with vanilla (sugar). My mate never ended up drinking it. What a waste. If I end up coming back, I may end up changing this review to update.

By far the best cafe going around. Coffee is always right and never disappoints ! The staff members are absolutely beautiful their customer service is incredible, Always fast and very welcoming inside and on drive through . The Young girl Emma that takes the orders on the window is one of the best examples of great customer service ! She always has a smile on her face and her approach to her customers is absolutely beautiful. She is honestly an assist to the business. I Highly recommend This Gloria Jeans ! I’ve been to a few in the area and honestly some should just shut their doors because of their dirty stores and poor approach to customer service and coffees . The coffees and staff members at Hoxton park reflect on management and owners and they are beautiful humble people . Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else .

I usually adore visiting Gloria Jeans for their exceptional service and delightful cold drinks, but my recent visit left me quite dissatisfied. I ordered a soy ice chocolate at 8:30 pm, and unfortunately, the presentation was far from appealing. The taste was also surprisingly bland, deviating significantly from the usual delightful ice chocolate I've come to expect from this establishment. While I usually visit during the morning or afternoon and have great experiences, this visit left me uncertain about returning in the evening. I hope the management takes note of the inconsistencies in quality, as I genuinely enjoy this place and would love to continue visiting.

I usually go through drive through so I don’t notice what goes on inside the actual cafe, decided to get down today as the drive through was packed ! and I wish I never did I am disturbed , turned off and will never come back here not only did I see a girl with long black acylic nails holding two wraps with her bare hands no gloves but the guy who was toasting things was just chucking all different types of food on top of each other!!! Same girl then strokes her friends hair then proceeded to touch my muffin to heat it up in the end I was given over 5 things no bag nothing ! I could keep writing but overall the hygiene is gross and customer service

I'm a regular customer at Gloria Jeans Hoxton Park Drive-Thru and I have to say, I am always blown away by their amazing coffee and fresh food. But what really makes my day is the exceptional service I received from the lovely girls behind the counter. They are all so friendly and welcoming, and they served me with beautiful smiles that make my day. I gave five stars not only because of the quality of product we got, but also the customer centric focus. We ordered our drinks and the Persian orange cake which was yum. The owner threw in an extra slice of cake and came and talked to us for a while about his family’s business. He took our feedback all positive of course and what was good about his order taking was he repeated what we ordered and that is so important because it shows he was listening. He is definitely an upcoming entrepreneur. Well done guys keep up the great work.

We stopped in for coffee/ morning tea, the place was absolutely spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly, and they know how to make great coffee - it's true great baristas make great coffee, this is true for this Gloria Jean's!

They were absolutely amazing! I contacted them a night before asking if I could send a large coffee & drinks order through to organise pick up in the next morning and the boss was so great he gave me his number to text it through! They were so busy when we got there to pick our order up but were able to smash out the orders in time and did a great job on our drinks. It was such a great experience and customer service from the team, very thankful for their help in organising such a large order

I have been a customer of this store since their inception and I never leave a review right away. I can confidently say that in terms of service they are down right top end courteous, friendly, efficient, clean, organised and most importantly consistent. Their food is amazing with my favourite being their Acai bowl. I totally love them and feel that we are so very lucky to have them in our area. Believe me, I never leave a 5 star rating too lightly. Thank you guys!

Excellent coffee please keep maintaining the standard. Good snack options. I love the chicken mushroom pita, cheese turkey ham croissant, karak cheese.

Great for a quick drive through coffee and the service is great. The food wasn't fresh last time I went through the drive through, so I stuck to the coffee. The drive through can be a nightmare at times as there is one way to access and there is so many cars.

Been coming to this place since they opened, love the convenience of the drive thru. We order the Crème brûlée latte, Vanilla chiller and Açai smoothies, every drink has been made to perfection. We fight over the Nutella phat cookie, a must try dessert. Friendly staff/owners, we highly rate this cafe.

Edited my review again after a staff member contacted me regarding my old review. Now he comes the truth. They do not serve sit in customers with a proper cups or mugs. They continuously waste non-recyclable plastic cups, For Heaven’s Sake invest in a dishwasher. Plus they advertise. accepting American Express however apparently for not customers use.

Great coffee stop. Amazing family owned franchise great location close to home. Staffs are amazing well done to the Mom for bringing up good kids they do an amazing job there and also other staffs working in the shop,, glad to support our local shops. Coffees are always good but my favourite is the macchiato shot coffee is the best there.

Great drinks and service! I ordered a medium chai tea chiller. I was waiting at the parking bay for 15 mins. One of the workers checked what I was waiting on - I didn't mind the wait since they were very busy in the last hour before close. He came back with a large drink and a cookie. They didn't have to but they went the extra mile!

Since this store has been opened, I have experienced nothing but exceptional service. The coffee is always great and I receive the best customer service. Today I asked if they sell coffee frappes and the lady suggested to blend coffee with the voltage chiller and was very helpful. I highly recommend and will be definitely returning!

A very well trained customer service crew, drive through is the default, never a long wait, moderately priced, always consistent coffee and fresh food. We look to make detours and go out of our way a little to drive past. Huge thumbs up to the team, management and owners for providing an awesome and safe alternative through COVID.

Not the most well-thought out spot for a drive thru, as it blocks all other traffic from getting through the shared lot. Putting this aside, the coffee isn't too bad. It isn't 5/5, but added points for the convenience of a drive thru with better quality than the closest comparable competitors (McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, etc.)

Today I went into Gloria Jeans, first of all I saw that the inside of the Gloria Jeans it’s not hygienic at all and second of all I ordered a drink and ended up finding hair inside my drink. I really recommend that they fix their hygiene cause it’s very poor.

Love the ease of drive through but don't love the location of the drive through. Always worried I'm going to block the parked cars in. That aside, coffee was delicious. I ordered an Irish nut with almond milk and a latte cow's milk. Both tasted good.

Love the drive through experience. Exceptional service and great coffee every time. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Best Chai latte and Blueberry Bagel. The indoor setup is also very cute. Highly recommend. Tried their new nutella crepes yesterday was absolutely delicious.

Most of workers are young girls, some of them are really rude and don’t have any customer service skills at all, coffee quality are good most of the time but sometimes I chuck it straight away. Hope to have another shop in the area with a better customer service.

The best gloria jeans I have been to. The matcha chiller is never the same at other franchises - these guys do it the best. They make orders fast when you go through drive thru and the staff are very polite. Highly recommend coming to this store!

Love you guys and love the convenience of drive through coffee but please work on your consistency!! More often than not, my request for extra shot/cream/etc is ignored and it gets frustrating. Other than that I appreciate the friendly staff!

Never did i think i can access a delicious kaak with a a top notch coffee from the comfort of my own car. This place is brilliant and the staff are lovely. Definetely worth a try.
