From start to finish, it was an excellent experience. The shop is so tidy, clean & pleasant looking. The massage room temperature, lighting was perfect & the decor was so beautiful, the table & cover so comfortable & warm. As for the massage itself, Kristen didn't miss 1 spot on my whole body (except privates ofcourse ) her style was so relaxing, rhythmic & calming. She ensured she was applying just enough pressure by asking me to let her know if too firm or too soft. Plenty of hot towels used every step of the way too. At the end she offered me a glass of water. & there's a loyalty card, $5 off on the 5th visit & 10%-20% on Mondays & Tuesdays. I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommended!

Love that there are always friendly faces and great service whenever I visit. Irem is so lovely and great at what she does. When I book last minute and she's not available whoever else I've had has been good too! They have always been on time whenever I've booked which is great and so helpful when you want to get something done quickly. Keep an eye out for great specials they have throughout the year too!
