I booked the place based on the good reviews, but I was left with a taste of disappointment in my mouth. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the masseuse was really great, but otherwise the whole experience was terrible. I booked my session for 9:30, but when I arrived at 9:25 the place was still closed. I called, no answer. I texted and found out that the masseuse was running late and hadn't communicated that she'd be late. At 09:43 the therapist arrived breathless from rushing with someone else, she unlocked. The massage room itself was neat and tidy, someone came in twice during the session which was very distracting and made it difficult for me to relax. The background music playing through a mobile phone from the speakers was quite loud and was constantly interrupted by the ringing of the phone. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. I understand that things can happen that are out of our control, but I think it's important to keep communication open with customers and maintain a high level of service.

I've been there three times already. Each masseur with their own style and one Glow and Go signature, as if they are physically pulling the tension from your body. The professionalism and tranquility offered at the place is amazing. Every time I just wish I could be given a bed to sleep after a massage. Well done ladies and gentlemen …

Best massage in a long time. The 2 of us booked 45 minute Swedish back massage. Lucky to get a spontaneous appointment. Ntapeseleng & Maya were the best. Warm welcoming, very professional customer handling, intense & sensitive massage and all in all extreme friendly therapists. You should give these woman a bonus.
