We are a regular customer to the point the pay desk even remember us. 1) we bought T shirt. If we buy 2 it cost only $80. We went to the counter, but he charged each one $49.99, and we didnt notice it. When we reach home , we checked it and returned to the counter in couple of days and the same guy fixed it. 2) we bought new t shirt and the lady on the counter charged the price different fo that of the price on the tag. When we went home and checked , its not the same price that she charged, its bit higher than the tag price. When we returned stiore the following day, she said that in the system its diffrent and tge tag price wrong. Whose mistake this? If the tag price and the price in the system is not matching, she must notify us thats there is a mistake, and it cost this much and you guys still want to proceed, which she failed to do so and charged with higher price and so stubnorn in explaining that she can charge as per the policy. We customers not reading the policy befoe we enter the shop. We trust the staff at the counter that thay do their task efficiently. 3) We didnt learn again . We went again ti purchase a t shirt and costed $ 30. Together we bought other item as well. When we went home , the following day , my husband thought to wear it , when he tried and stood in front of the mirror , shockingly he noticed some stain dots, i said keep it back and we wiill report it to them. When we went today around 5.30 pm, the guy at the counter said the stain was made from us, and their staff wiil not display any damaged products. When the staff charging different price by error , when the staff say that she can over ride the price with out explaining to the customer, hiw the staff are so uotodate in removing the damaged products. The same lady and other guy in the counter are so strong in blaming that the stain is not there when we purchased We explained, we didnt use not even a second, we tried in front of the mirror and noticed the stain. The guy said that she is a great manager and will not agree to this for exchange!! I said this great manager last time and now also said that she can override the price.How she will be great charging with out explaining to the customer about the mismatch price on the system and on the tag? Finally , they said they will not do anything on this, i said you are loosing a customer, sarcasticcaly they said its ok , no problem. Its so painful to see such behaviour from this lady manager and the other guy at the counter.They were so unfriendly to the customer. The guy keep saying that she is a great manager rather addressing our issues. He is so childish, working at shops, rather addressing the customer problem, praising about the greatness of the manager. This is so disrespectful , unfair and unkind attitude for the customer service staff to present with the customers. With in this l few months we regularly came to this shops and purchased the products. We are so upset to see their response and solving . I dont know their name. Unhappily Shoba

Went into the store today with my 1 year old looking for a gift for my brother and I was initially served by Julia who was amazing. She went above the acquired level of customer service and was just lovely. She interacted with my daughter which was so refreshing and helps me as a mother feel more at ease shopping (sometimes it can be difficult or uneasy particularly if my daughter is unsettled). She was engaging, nice and well mannered. Upon paying, there was an issue with a voucher I had (which stated I could use in store) and so she went to get help from her manager, Christian. He came over and told me they’d have problems with these in the past and and that it couldn’t in fact be used in store - to not only his frustration but mine. He was, as like Julia, well mannered and even though he was presenting a potential issue with the voucher redemption, he was sympathetic and understanding. It was refreshing to be in a store, served by people at least half my age and be positively overwhelmed by their calm, mature and respectful approach to the whole situation. In the end the issue was resolved and I left with the purchase I had intended, voucher applied. But the better outcome, was these two wonderful members of staff making my shopping experience a pleasant one. Well done team, you’re a credit to Glue Store, if only all shop assistants were as friendly, welcoming and helpful as you both.

Late night shopping. I was in the dressing room with one pair of jeans that I was going to buy and rushing to try on another two pairs (and likely would have bought at least one of them too). A sales assistant came in and told me the store had already closed and so I either had to leave or go to the till right now. I had just, literally seconds before, asked my boyfriend what time it was so I replied to the store assistant and said the store wasn’t meant to shut for another 6 minutes which was more than enough time to try on the last remaining pair of jeans and take them to the till. She replied ‘no we’re closed now, we have lots of things to do, you have to leave’. Get a grip, like it would have made even the slightest bit of difference to the workload if they shut the doors at 8:55 or 9:00. Let your customers finish their shop, as long as they’re out of the doors by closing time. Now i have to make the hour round trip back to high point on another weekend to buy the jeans (from another store) C’ya later glue.

I visited the store earlier today with my wife to buy a bag. My wife went to pay for the item as I looked around. When my wife went to select the account on the efpost machine she asked the woman serving her what number to select for savings as she usually taps but has recently decided to insert her card. The staff member responded by asking my wife if she could read followed by an eye roll. In my opinion they have terrible customer service, most staff members walk around with an inflated ego, unsure why. I do not recommend visiting this store and would suggest you buy online.

Clothing heaven. There are so many brands in this store such as Fila, champion, nike, adidas, stussy and many more. They have many different styles of clothing to suit anybodys needs and the staff are incredibly friendly. Only downside is pricing. In my opinion, I could go online and find pieces of clothing that are cheaper than here, but doing this would sacrifice the great customer service that is shown at this store. If I ever get an urge to buy clothes, I would definitely come here again. 4/5 from me

I had an excellent experience at this shore. Sumaya was absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend her enough! I went in there with my 14 year old daughter and Sumaya greeted us in the most friendliest manner, asked me to take a seat, introduced herself to my daughter and took her around the whole store choosing clothes with her. She was so so helpful and made our shopping experience amazing and the clothes were perfect! Thank you so much Sumaya we will definitely be coming back!

The customer service is excellent. The staff go above and beyond to help you find sizes and clothing that make you look and feel awesome. I came in today to attempt to find some jeans as I am quite tall and usually no jeans are long enough. I was helped by 2 lovely ladies who checked the back of the store to find me a pair that would fit me perfectly. The jeans are amazing and saved $70 as they were old stock. I cannot thank the staff enough, always so lovely and attentive.

Keep your calculator with you. Calculate the price before you reach the checkout they got a different price in the system and they won't give back the price difference.

I bought a product on the website which was fulfilled by the Highpoint store. When it was delivered to my house I realised they left the security tag on. Lol. Nice one.

The store has a large range of products and brands. The only down size is the long waits at the registers and customer service lacks when busy.
