So we decided to try this place. Once we enter we were told cash only, I did not bring cash, the lady in the counter said you can use our cash machine which will cost you 2 pounds per transaction. When I asked her why they are cash only. She said pls read the notice, the notice said they do cash only as using card machine will cost them a lot. I thought to myself they have a point so took some cash, paid 24 pounds for 4 of us and entered. The place is basic, some of the rides not working, they have some play machine which you need to put money again.There is an upstairs area which you need to pay 5 poinds extra.Then checked cafe and surprisingly they have a card machine. It is not a big cafe and they don't do much. I asked the girl in the cafe why they do only cash and you accept cards, she smiles and said I am only working here. So a little cafe can use card machine but you don't bcos it is expensive? . And then went to toilet and felt like puking, they are so stingy and want to make money where ever they could but don't want to maintain their toilet up to health and safety standards. Shame on them. Felt a bit unsafe stating there with kids. So my only conclusion is they collect cash to manage tax or avoide paying wherever and make more money from cash machine and make even more from seperating upstairs from downstairs and coin meachine and not give a damn about giving good service. In my honest opinion it is worth paying venue 360 few extra quid for taking all rides free and have a big space and better toilets. It would have costed us 10 pound extra for all of us to go 360, it is a bargain compared to this place as this place chare 5 pounds extra. This will be the last time I will come here

My kids and I absolutely love this soft play business! It's a magical wonderland of fun and excitement for the little ones. The staff are simply wonderful. They are attentive, patient, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Nice place with lots to do for kids, clean, although some of the things such as the jelly bed really do look like they need a bit of TLC as they're quite grubby. Some of the displays in the role play village have obviously been messed with somehow and I feel like someone really should fix them and do a little maintenance. I think that Charging an extra £5 per child for the play village is a bit overpriced but it is worth doing as the kids love it. Personally not sure why adults get charged to attend the venue, but I appreciate this does happen at other establishments too. I also found it a little weird that it's a cash only establishment - there is a cash machine available so not an issue, I just think that it's an unusual arrangement and perhaps one that needs updating. Was surprised at the time we went how empty it was for a Sunday so that was great.

Absolutely amazing place. Booked this for a birthday party today. and it did not disappoint. Nice big space with a good-sized soft play, ninja warrior, football area, and some other bits that are included. Additionally, there are some payable arcade games and a little village upstairs, which is also an additional fee if you want to go. A fabulous coconut climb, too. The party room was lovely with seating and a table for cake. They provided a knife and lighter and also set the table with cups, spoons, and napkins. They provided unlimited squash and a mixed slushie for the actual food portion of the day. Food that was provided was more than enough, pizza, fries, curly fries, fish fingers, nuggets, and more.Very nice helpful staff. Will definitely be recommending this place to others. Kids all loved it..

Extremely poor customer service, expensive prices for the facilities, especially when compared to similar soft play places. Toddler shop area not included in the price, we were told it was £5 extra to enter. The assistant said they don't want children going from that area back to soft play so asked us to go when our soft play time had ended. When we went to add this on they said it was now £10.95 per child as we had 2hrs in soft play. Simply not acceptable customer service, the website even shows it should be £5. Would only accept cash on entry even though the card machine was working at the food counter. The toilet area was also very run down and not in a suitable/clean condition for children. Would not recommend.

Shocking and shoddy service - I’d certainly recommend not to order food it takes 30 mins to come and the first attempt of a kids pizza is covered in thick black (I’m guessing unclean grill) picture is the second attempt after a further 30 mins & then the nachos come with no salsa and no alternative unless we pay, but what was the most disappointing was no apology and staff repeatedly speaking to us like it was indeed our fault and for me that’s what is simply unacceptable. Thought about booking a kids party when I first arrived but I won’t touch this place with a barge pole ever again!!!

Dropped my daughter off for a party and wanted to sit in the cafe and have lunch with my 10 yr old son who didn’t want to play and wanted to sit on his phone while we waited, was told very rudely that it would cost £11 for him to wait with me but I would be free , I assured them he didn’t want to play and we would be buying lunch for us both but again in a very rude manner from a elderly Asian lady that he couldn’t enter without paying £11. I’m not sure if this is normal but I’m now sitting outside in our car feeling very annoyed!! Will not be visiting again for any of my children’s parties. Very poor customer service resulting in a loss of business for them

I've given it a 2 star based on price (£25.85 for 2 kids!!) and rude staff. I simply asked how long can I park in the car park to which the lady replied that your children are only allowed to play for 2 hours. That's not what I asked! I asked about my parking as there is b&m next door however she assumed if she tells me how long is the parking then I will keep my children in go kids go. What makes it worse they have a sign to say cash only upon entry but once you're inside you can pay via card for food! Clearly a tax avoidance scheme in place to show they don't get enough people coming in! Disgusting

Little Avenue (upstairs in the go kids go bulding) is brilliant. I've visited twice with my 3 and 6 year old. It's so nice watching them play. The props are all so well thought out. They can really use their imaginations and parents can get involved or just sit down and watch them as theres lots of benches where you can supervise from distance. The only negative is that it's not accessible to wheelchair users and my son struggles a little with the stairs but hopefully it will accessible in the future. My kids talk about it a lot and are always asking to go to back as they really so enjoy it.

Brilliant 5 Stars! Booked this place for my Son's 5th Birthday party. From start to finish the staff and management were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and very professional. Kids loved the soft-play, ninja, laser quests and go karts! This was topped off with the wide range of party food. Unlike other venues they do not make you choose one set meal, but provide a wide selection for kids from fries, smiley faces and garlic bread to pizzas, nuggets and fish fingers. Last but not least...the slush! Kids loved it, parents loved it, definitely recommend!

Me and my son wanted to try a different soft play, so we came to fun valley it was a good choice , as soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff, who showed us where everything is. Food was very reasonable and tasty. The toddler bit was very good we loved the ball bit, the mirrors and ofc the slides. The bigger bit was even better with loads of slides, a football pitch with two basketball holes, and loads of climbing bits and bobs. The slides we amazing. I find the hole place nice and clean. We truly had a fanatic time

Great place for kids to play! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Food prices are adequate, with a variety of options to choose from - adults included. I attended with two 6 year old boys, of whom had a fantastic time after school! Despite the hours and it being a weekday, hot food/dessert was still available and service was efficient. Would recommend paying extra for the 'Little Avenue' section upstairs for longer stays, but overall we had a pleasant experience and shall be visiting again.

Big indoor play area that seemed reasonably priced until it became clear (once we were inside) we had to pay £5 a head extra to use the upstairs role play section. This was closed soon after and my children sent out which hadn't been mentioned when I paid. My children also said that the staff were rude when telling them to leave this area. Lovely and clean with lots for the kids to do. Not just soft play, there’s much more and it was great for both our 12yr old and 6yr old alike. Even Dad got to go round laser tag. Kept them entertained for hours. Got snacks and drinks for the kids at reasonable prices. Toilets were clean and well kept. Would recommend and will come again. (Came 7 years ago and it’s only got better since)

My kids had a great time here! Seating area was clean and tidy. Staff were all friendly and polite. Lots of stuff for the kids to play.. Soft play, lazer tag, go karts, interactive play wall, tree climb (this was closed on our visit though), and a ninja warrior type mini obstacle course too. Drinks not too expensive, jug if juice 2.75 and single drinks like fruit shoots, bottles of water, apple juice bottles etc all 1 pound. Great day out with the kids and will be returning!

Large play area located quite close to the centre of Leicester. Can struggle to park at busy times. Great choice of activities for children, for £15 they can have two hours in the main play area and then an hour using the ninja warrior style children's assault course and climbing walls. The only things that let it down are the cleanliness (there was so many dirty tables that remained for the whole two hours we were there) and a few of the staff weren't very friendly.

This is just a Thank you message and a testimony that you definitely deserve. I had lots of fun with my boys, the place is lovely, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Total rip off! Exploiting school holidays charging £11.00 for a 4 year old and then once inside the first things you see are machines that take your money! Behind the times cafe where they don’t cater for dairy free at all in fact didn’t seem to know what we were asking for despite having a notice on the counter encouraging anyone with allergies or intolerances to speak with them!!! Absolutely unbelievable!

I came today with my 11years old daughter, my friend, and his family. During that time, my daughter had a minor injury and fell on the floor. One of the employees, Helay, was concerned for my daughter and gave me an ice pack to heal my daughter's leg; which a short time, my daughter started to feel better. I would recommend anyone to come and enjoy with their loved ones.

We celebrated our child's birthday here and everyone had a great time. Staff were kind, helpful and kept us informed. There was enough food for the children and the cafe served ordered drinks quickly. We helped children in the party room. Thank you to GoKidsGo

"Best day of the holidays ever" - one 12yr old, two 8yr old and a 4yr old! Soft play, laser tag, go karts, climbing, arcade, gaming and trampolines for around £50 for all four kids for 3 full hours. Bargain and they love it. Food was lovely, site was really clean... not sure why previous reviews were poor.

Soft play centre that charges adult entry - never experienced that before. We were charged £27.80 for 2 children & 2 adults. This didn't even include a drink or discount for one. The kids had a good time, burnt off some energy but seriously overpriced in my opinion.

Very big indoor play area , quite a lot to do in there . You have it all here from bouncy castle to go kart . Cafe is very decent too reasonably priced and quality was good .
