Always experienced great customer service; - experienced and knowledgeable - accurate personalised advice - great range of products - if product not in stock, they will order if possible - they answer their phone to provide advice or answer any queries about what is in stock - great member's benefits and they will ensure you gain the most out of the benefits, even if it has been years since shopping in the store. Great little shop, love the rang of health products they have. A little disorganised, and unfortunately the staff working didn't offer help, just at the front desk joking and on their mobiles. Customer service is sadly poor.

Walked in for dog hemp seed oil, no specific design in store to assist finding products. the man working did not look at us when we came in nor acknowledge us at all while in there so we just left. Poor customer service

Rude Saturday staff. Two ladies having chat as I walked in, fine. But to continue chatting away even after I lapped the place and stood there in between them waiting to ask a question.. Hmm dont think I'll be returning.

I was unimpressed; they don't assist you anymore, are rude and take you as a fool. I must add, their prices have gone up dramatically! - not cool :-(

Called twice to check whether the items I need are in stock before making the drive. Simply hung up twice on me. Guess I won’t be shopping here.

Drive all the way there to find its closed on sunday when the web site said open
