Bad experience! After diagnosing my car, the owner of the garage listed the problems related to the braking system of my car and recommended repairs. I requested him to keep the repairs work and cost to the minimum since I was to dispose the car in the coming 3 months. However he assured me that it was the minimum I require to keep the car running. He agreed to make the repairs at a price of Rs. 5000 and I made the payment. After the repairs were completed, a friend of mine who is a mechanic inspected the car and realised that the Brake liner set which was claimed to have been newly installed was not replaced. After being caught red handed, the owner refunded Rs. 700 and handed over the memo showing a different amount and not the bill. My friend also informed me that the same repairs could have been made at any other garage at a cost around Rs. 3500. However GoMechanic Team got in touch with me, heard me out and refunded an additional Rs 500.

I went to this place for my Tata nexon service. Awesome experience. The owner is very dedicated and the staff is very skilled. I have visited Tata authorised service centre in past but had below average experience hence thought of giving Gomechanic a try! Awesome experience! It's good on pocket and best in service. Tata authorised service centre quoted Rs. 6300 for normal service whereas gomechanic charged just Rs. 4000. Although they provide pickup and drop but if you really love your car getting serviced in front of your eyes, the beauty of this service centre is that they have an air-conditioning waiting area which has glass window from which you can watch the magic happening right in front of you! Highly recommend! Thank you

Total scam. I called up helpline number for booking a service. On call they sell me their miles membership worth 1400Rs. Further they book a service and later the agent calls up saying today slot is not available at nearby center and they ask me to go to a far away center. Although while selling the membership agent told that I get priority servicing. Its all lies. I asked for change of rear view mirror and spare is not available. Now what should i Do with the miles membership. Of no use. Money wasted.

Very good service, have very good knowledge of everything and explain u any problem regarding your vehicle. My car used to stop while driving, so i got my car serviced from different garages, but they were not able to solve the problem, but Go mechanic solved the problem in one go and my car never stops while driving.

A multicar auto garage a very old establishment... Very much reputed.. Their clientele includes many international organisations like in old days, Boheringer Knoll ( Mannheim ), Rallis, Bayer etc from its inception Thane Municipal Corporation is with them only.... It's their second generation leading now

This is highly unprofessional garage My car was there for total 7 days on 7th day they told me there is xyz issue you take your car.. The car is given to solve known issues not them to tell me on 7th day what is issue. Pathetic.Close it if you have no knowledge

Poor servicing.... Front mud flap was not fitted i have to personally go again and get it fit they have waited 2 hrs for this flap to get fit and ask to make job card for the same Local mechanic give better service than this

Oldest garage in Thane...Highway auto is more than 55 years old.Have been associated with them that long.. Never cheated or charged unnecessarily. Keep up the good work.

The worst Garrage i have seen ever. They destroyed my car. For a 4-5 hr job they took 7days and removed the original parts of the car and replaced with faulty one.
