NOTE: LAXMAN REVISED TO 5, THIS IS FOR YOU I never and ever took my Cars outside of Authorized Service Centre, but this was the first time I thought let's try for the Body part. Little sceptical initially. So thought let's try it with my Honda City, not convinced for my premium cars. Experience : Communication and Behavior : I would give 5/5 star, Just because of one person ie Laxman there. He was very professional in way of communication and with interactions. Reach: Not so good, Not So Bad, I rate 3/5 Knowledge : I went there just for the small dent there on rear bumper, and when you ask, does it resolved, So, no, not at all.. they even charged for complete bumper (as I also prefer to paint full panel, so there is no differences, but I guess they painted only the small part of sent, due to that there is difference if you see with attention. And there was lack of technical knowledge, due to that my bumper is not fitted perfectly fine. I will give 1/5 star Satisfaction: Not satisfied for the job I went there. 1/5 star Overall : I will give 3/5 star. Hope, In future I get a chance to try them and then I experienced 5 star experience with them, So I can revise the review and let you all know. My 3 star is only for the behavior, not for the job work at all. I paid around 5,000 bucks.. better to go service centre.

Not satisfactory. I personally went for my car servicing, got referred through gaadizo. Washing not properly done underneath the car as there's no hydraulic lift for that purpose. I paid extra for wheel balancing and alignment but they don't have tool for balancing and alignment in their garage and said it'll be got done from other garage. Without letting me accompany the staff to go to another garage for wheel balancing and alignment, quietly one of the staff drove away and came back after a while saying wheel balancing and alignment has been done. To my knowledge front tyres and back tyres are usually interchanged and some iron chip/s is stuck on the tyre while balancing and aligning wheels but none of the above procedures were carried out. Courtesy is good but satisfaction in terms of quality service and customer's trust should be the priority

Worst experience. Trust me don't ever go there for any car work. They are just fraud. Their behaviour is just as an psycho. I went there for my car work. They just done the work but it did'nt last for one day. When I went there on next day, they simply denied and said wo don't take guarantee of it. They were very rude. Again I will say don't ever go there. And one more thing. Don't trust the positive reviews here. They are all their own people.

I got my ac serviced few days back, high performance ac service but they forget to clean radiator coling coil, in short they didn't do their work properly, i have to visit twice after service. Still i am not satisfied with there work. Ac blow is not same from all vent and still smelly. Third class service,many , very unproffessional. not recommend, go mechanic may be good, but their all service center is not good

Recommended for all kind of services . All kind of cars as per my experience.Genuine people .May be you will not trust them when you speak to them . That's why I visited their work shop and spoke to the mechanic regarding my job all of the team is very helpful. Even they washed my car for free .My job was handled by very professional people. Thank you guys . Keep it up .

Very much recommended place for servicing your car or any other type of work. Workers are really perfect with their work they all know the job to do very well. Inspection of the car is done really very carefully by an expert. Owner of workshop is really your humble guy always looks after the cars going on in the workshop premium service is provided buy them no doubt.

Had a pathetic experience with GoMechanic!! I got my vehicle picked up from my office while giving it for a service. They overcharged me with additional internal parts which were not even installed. On checking with car workshop, I learnt that they have overcharged me, by adding additional items.

The services are good but not superb...i took the comprehensive services in which tyer alignment & rotation is included with top of of coolant and brake oils, free wiper blades but I didn't get any thing instead have to visit again for coolant top up despite didn't offered the same.

1. They charge for OEM products, but fit local products. 2. In a proper service, they don't check battery water, brake and gear fluids, or even clean the throttle body properly. 3. Got a new silencer, and they didn't fit it right. Vibration in the entire pipe and leak. Avoid.

Please don't ever give your automatic car to such inexperienced persons for repair. They will infuse some more defects and worsen your car condition. Even the diagnosis was not done properly and the motive is just to make money.

Better to take your car service from company workshop as they even charge that much for local parts. Not recommended at all
