Very Poor Service.. They don't recheck or test the vehicle after servicing If you raise complained then their supervisor won't coordinate with you. When you visit with membership card supervisor will behave like we are asking their service for free Very unprofessional Supervisor just force their mechanics to work fast instead of work properly. And after servicing if you face any issue and call him then he will say when they released the vehicle it was okay after that its not their responsibility if anything goes wrong with your vehicle. He doesn't even give suggestion what should we do and how we can solve that issue.

Gomechanic is the worst place to book your car repair, i booked for a service but for a week they didnt even bother to service, service centres are unresponsive They would just send me texts at random intervals that your service is postponed, cancelled, your location is unreachable, phone in unreachable etc, without even talking or consulting me. All of this they were doing after they lured you to pay and take a yearlong membership. Cheaters and fraudsters all the way. Oh by the way gomechanic apps reviews are also fake, check them they are digitally doctored

I went there through go mechanic I reached their the take test drive first person take test drive he realised there is fault in brake so he returned to work shop and tell brake tecination to take test drive he take test drive he didn't realise anything so he tell us that there is no problem in brake all set afther that our car is servised very quickly in 3hrs all completed thanks VS.CAR CARE as vell as GOMECHANIC . .

Amazing experience with the professional service of VS Car Care. I have a 2010 VW Polo and I was worried with the heavy service charges of WV. I trusted VS Car Care and their mechanic are not lesser then the VW professionals. I am satisfied with their service. Worst Car Care Service. Kept my car for more than 15 days and didn’t resolve the issue which was told while giving the car and to make money changed the part which were not needed and when car was delivered to my home next day car was stopped 3 times in full traffic and we had to push and start the car. I don’t think so they knew fault identification or repairing except oil change or to fool people.

You woke get services as mentioned in the website. Customer care will call you until you make the initial payment after that they will not be even bothered to ask you on how was the service.. Owner was good in terms of giving you advice and for this only I might give 3 star. Go mechanic overall service from call center is worst.

Great experience with the Go-mechanic-VS cars. Definitely recommended over others. They suggested me to go with comprehensive plan with fully synthetic oil as I travel alot with my car. I really feel the drastic change in my cars performance with less than half the price from company service center.

Fraudulent To everyone they tell that car's suspension needs to replace Bill will be - around 20 thousands Parts will be after market and expensive than OEM 70km for alignment wow. And still alignment is off great. Please don't fall in fake Reviews I will upload invoice of my car repair soon.

My Car just required simple work of Injector service which cost hardly 3k but these guys told me engine issue and asked me to pay 40-50k..Also charged me 2k for simple hose-pipe cleaning.. Very disappointed..!
