Do not waste your money here. I dropped my car off for an interior and exterior clean. I was told it would be an hour, even though there was only 2-3 other cars there, so I went home and came back an hour and a half later. The staff had managed to lock my key in the car while the car was running. I spent the better half of my evening being abused by the irate manager, stating it was my fault, even though I wasn’t there when this happened. He yelled at me and carried on like a pork chop, tried to manipulate me into thinking this was my fault and tried to make me pay for the locksmith. I stood my ground and refused and he continued to scold me and lecture me for his own mistake. As soon as I got my key back (nearly 3 hours later) I legged it out of there without the car wash as I didn’t want to give this place a penny.

I arrived at the car wash for a mid-level outside and inside clean and was told that it would take around 1-1.5hours as they were busy. I arrived back 1.5 hours later and was told that they hadn’t started cleaning my car, and the same staff member who I spoke to originally clarified by saying that it was going to 1.5 hour or more before they would start to clean my car. I was able to leave without paying as no services were completed but was disappointed with the miscommunication around the cleaning delivery time.

Placed prefer through Uber eats at 150am for delivery at 6am. I specifically explained that if they DO NOT have any of the ingredients to simply cancel the order or call me and I could change it ! Not only did I get something that I couldn’t drink (10 in total @ $95 ) but when I called the owner he talked over the top of me and simply said we don’t have “ginger” As well as put in the bags of juice the letter below…. Best not to order from a cash wash I guess !!

Ali and his team did a great job making our car look brand new after the wash, particularly taking out a vomit stain on our cloth seat in the back. The indoor waiting room on the premise is clean and spacious. Managed to login work laptop and use their Free wifi which was super quick. There is a kitchen their as well to order food, the chilli Mexican chips were nice and crisp. Good place to go to wash your vehicle.

Came here for a single seat clean, shampoo and deep stain on car’s paint surface. Ali used the right product to remove the stains and his apprentice did the seat clean simultaneously without making me wait. Priced me right for the job and even offered to remove the stain FOC, as a compliment! Plus the convenience to come anytime, would definitely recommend and come again for thorough detailing,

Jimmy and his crew are always so amazing. My car is always dire when I drive in and sparkling when I leave. They are such hard working people and always make me feel so comfortable. Up to date reading material, free water and an efficient business. They get busy at peak times (fair) but you are in an out in off peak. Their prices are so reasonable so tip them! They deserve it

Tried to get my car washed last night - the sign said $50 for a wash. The kid washing cars tried to tell me it would be $75 for my car because it was dirty. He changed it to $55 and then after walking around the car again, told me $60 because the car had bugs on it and "we charge extra for bugs". Don't waste your time they're overcharging to pocket tips.

24 hour hand car wash! Had my 4WD cleaned at 10:20pm on a Tuesday night. After an off road trip the car had lots of mud, dirt and squashed insects all over it. Cost me $50 for a wash and chamois. The car detailers did a good job and the guys at the counter were pretty friendly. Surprised at how many people get cars washed at this time.

We use Gold Car Wash & Café weekly for all of our company vehicles. Open 24 hours is so convenient for our staff to wash cars before starting work. Also getting coffee before 4am is hard in Sydney…Good Coffee!!! Friendly staff and cars come out perfectly clean every time. Happy we found this place.

Well priced and the team took very good care of the car. Top service. Lovely indoor cafe where you can sit or play pool, use the wi-fi, have a hot or cold drink and have freshly cooked snacks delivered to your table while watching your car being pampered through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Always a great job done by the staff here when cleaning my vehicle. Great spot to sit and work while you wait for your car to be washed. This is quite a busy car wash so be prepared to wait up to 2 hours, but they do a great job! Special thanks to Ali and Abdul!

Super experience at Gold Car wash. Very professional cleaners and the value for money was amazing. If you pay with cash you also get any soft drink free - this was a nice surprise. Car is immaculate - will definitely be using these guys again in the future.

Used to be a great car wash but seems to have changed ownership and it’s noticeable. Only takes cash now and convieniently they have a cash machine there so skim another few bucks off you. Car was classified as a mid size car when it’s a small Suzuki.

Have been coming here for about 4 years. It use to cost me $45 and today I got told $150!! They always do a decent job but $150 for a Suzuki Swift is a joke. (It wasn’t filthy either) I’ll be finding somewhere new

Wouldn’t return. Waited almost 2 hours for their ‘Silver’ wash on a Wednesday evening. Wouldn’t mind the wait if the car clean was done properly, but smudge marks all over the car and the boot not vacuumed fully

Very bad service for the price. They never wash properly especially near the tyres and the car bottoms. When we requested cloth to clean ourselves, they refused to do that either. Never coming here again.
