I wish i wouldn’t have trusted the 5 star reviews. I would highly recommend you to not come here for a repair. Just received my necklace back & it is completely ruined. The lady that originally took my necklace after i requested a repair, looked at the necklace & didn’t ask any questions; just told me the price & when to come back. My husband picked up the necklace for me, when he got there the man said he never got to it; so he quickly proceeded to "repair" my necklace. My husband handed me back a necklace that was completely silver instead of yellow gold in the area he melted & no longer a "rope chain": i’ve gotten this necklace repaired before with no issues; i don’t think someone repairing jewelry should lack the knowledge on WHAT they are repairing & HOW to go about it especially when they find no need to ask questions, giving you the assurance that they know what they’re doing. After realizing my necklace was ruined, i was still charged full price. absolute waste of money & my time & now my necklace is ruined.

I am beyond floored by the service of this incredible family! I popped in today in a panic because I needed help with a broken clasp on a very sentimental piece of jewelry. I called the store first and they told me to come in, it would likely get fixed same day. I asked for the cost range and was given a very reasonable range of $40-60 to fix depending on how complex the problem was. I popped in, was seen right away and the dad in the back immediately tightened the clasp on both sides so tight that I wasn't even able to get it off (this is what I wanted!!!) they also polished it for me too. When I asked how much I owed them for their service they said NOTHING which was to me, insane because I was happily prepared to pay for this peace of mind of fixing something that in my heart was irreplaceable. I will absolutely be back here for any future jeweler needs and will 100% recommend them to anyone who needs tending to their precious metals and stones. This place is incredible.

Loveeee this family owned and run jewelry store. So many great experiences already in such a short period of time. My husband put a deposit down for a custom ring he wanted made. I secretly contacted them to arrange a Valentine’s Day surprise to have it ready and sold to me to give to him as his gift. He has previously bought a rope chain for me last year that he had a great experience as well. They are more than a jewelry store. They can do repairs and sizing on site while you have a nice chat. After having a terrible experience with my engagement ring at a different store it had been purchased from, Gold Forever made it right. Not only are they rebuilding it so the damage doesn’t happen again but also fixed it right then and there to the point I couldn’t even tell it had bent in the first place. Anyways, don’t waste your time and money going anywhere else. They do it all, and you don’t have to worry about getting your wallet gauged. Highly recommend

I am soo happy - let me tell you!! My wedding band was missing a braided piece and quite banged up. In the past, I went to a place downtown that did a mediocre job to keep the braided part bonded in place. So when there was major damage, I questioned, should I go back; could they do that job? I got the great recommendation to go to Gold Forever. The owner instantly knew exactly what I wanted and needed and told me that the repair would be done on site and ready within a day or two. For my girlfriend's birthday I wanted to get her family ring repaired but I wasn't sure where to take it, and I only had a few days to spare. I called around and a few places told me it would be about a 7-10 day turnaround. I called Gold Forever and Ron told me it would be done either that day or tomorrow. I brought the ring in that afternoon, and sure enough the next day it was ready for pickup. The ring looked brand new and was completely fixed and perfectly polished. She was thrilled to have such a special piece back and she's worn it every day since! Would highly recommend these guys for any jewelry work you need. I'll definitely be going there for future work!

Very very pleased with the service that I received. I went in yesterday to have my silver ring repaired and the gentleman was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I contacted a few places before coming to Gold Forever and each place quoted me ridiculous prices and some even told me that the ring was beyond repair. I required a ring to be sized quickly and called Gold Forever Jewellery & Repair who was able to do it in under 3 hours at a much lower price than several other local jewellers that I contacted most of whom had to send it out and would take between 1-4 weeks to be returned. The ring was ready later that day at the promised time and had been cleaned at no additional cost. Excellent courteous service and value with no upcharge for the quick turnaround as I was quoted by another local jeweller (Barry’s) who wanted double their regular cost of $60.00 to size the ring on the same day.

I had a terrific experience having my engagement ring resized with Forever Gold. The owner was great and patient at working to find the right size and letting me try on a few until we got the right fit. The work looks great and was incredibly fast (could have been same day if I could have made it back, but I had plans later on). They cleaned my ring as well and it’s just like new.
