First time here and definitely not the last one. Their customer service is really great. Went here for my broken gold bracelet to get fix and the owner really did really well. The owner and the lady who talked and helped were really kind and very accommodating. I'm so happy that I went here rather than to go to other place. 5 star is not enough rating for you.

My first time visit this store. I asked the lady how much is your 1oz silver bar. She put the calculator if front and start punching numbers then she said 1oz generic silver is $300. Is this a joke, I am not sure how they got all those stars but if I could, I would give them zero. Never coming back to this place, ripp off

Went in to inquire about polishing my engagement ring and the kind gentleman did it for no charge and with a smile on his face. Will definitely be going here agian for future purchases, cleaning etc. highly recommended!!!

Very friendly staff. I traded in a broken pair of earrings and bought a beautiful pair of white gold/diamond dangles. The pricing was very fair for the trade-in and the new earrings.

We have our ticket and are ready to pay but no one would open the door we have been waiting 40 minutes, sign says open. Number on the sign is also out of service please check!
