I am extremely upset about how things were handled in my case. There was very little communication between my lawyer/paralegal and the other parties, i had to do all the. while still suffering from my injuries, took almost 6 months for everything to get done, and alot of my medical bills were not taken care of like I was expecting (did you pocket it or send it to the wrong location again?). All of this is affecting my credit greatly. My paralegal either quit or was fired right after my case was settled, and it was so long ago I wouldn't even know to begin to figure all of this out. This really needs to be figured out; I submitted every single bill that I was given, and this case was not handled how it should have been. EDIT: After I wrote this review, my lawyer from Goldberg and Osborne contacted me immediately and I did realize that there was a misunderstanding on my end. I was still however upset with how my case was handled by the Paralegal. As a goodwill gesture, my lawyer has offered to look into some of my bills and see if she can get some reduced or expunged completely. It has been about 2 months since we last spoke of this. I will change my review to a full 5 stars once I hear back from her.

After being injured in a car accident, I was looking for someone to represent me to help recoup my losses. Doug has not only fought for me to get a fair settlement but he has been my advocate throughout the entire process. Stephanie Hart (paralegal) also made herself available if I ever had any questions and kept me updated on my case. If you are ever looking for a law firm to represent you, I would 1000% recommend 'The Eagle' because they make themselves available for their clients and will always have your best interest at heart.

I just want to say that they did a very good job with working with my mother's case unfortunately my mother passed away and left us devastated but there were so compassionate and understanding they made sure each and every one of our feelings or respected and they respected my mother and they showed her compassion as well was very generous and even though she's gone she would have thanked them as we are today because they did an outstanding job and she's smiling down from heaven saying thank you because this is all she wanted from her family we appreciate you we value you and God bless you you are an awesome team in wonderful people

I didn't think that I was going to be able to get any help at all Goldberg & Osborne have went above and beyond for me not only have they help me retain loss of my vehicle I was able to pertain loss of medical bills and they were there every step of the way to answer any questions if I could recommend anyone and being this is the first time this has ever happened to me these are the guys to go to hands down and I never leave reviews for anything so me even taking the time to do this must be in that they are really good at their job and it's worth every minute that you spend with them

Great communicators and advocates, I feel like I get everything I ask for and some. Also, great faces are nice to see, always smiling it's worth the sit down I'm glad I did. Update: As I finish everything finally I can say this has been a great experience overall. I'm very pleased with my attorneys and the whole team. They made sure to look out for me and explain things as much as I needed. I loved the monthly update requests sent to me as I went through physical therapy to check my progress and voice concerns. I would highly recommend.

Never knew of a law office that won't take a pretty cut-and-dry slip-and-fall case. I think the bottom line they weren't going to make enough money on it. Maybe if I would have broke my arm it would have been a different story
