I Purchased a used beach cruiser from the store. Took it for a test ride, seemed great. But I wasn’t going up any hills, just a flat parking lot. This bike has an internal gear mechanism. I bought this bike to go back and forth to my gym. As I started going into areas that had hills the gearshift started changing on its own. I called and spoke to a guy, said he was the one who helped me. Just asked if he could take a look at it and fix it. He said yes. I live pretty far from this shop and made it a point to go back and get this bike because I liked it. So taking it back meant taking the front wheel off which isn’t fun and sticking it in the car to drive over. Then I get a voicemail From another guy saying to bring it in for a full refund but I only had 24 hours to do that. Sadly I was at work and had to work immediately that following day so I did not have time to deal with it. I didn’t even ask to return it, I wanted it fixed. So needless to say. I just let it go. And I have to hold the gear shift constantly as I ride it. But it still trips up. Then I get a flat. The intertube inside the back tire is cheap and perhaps old. Because the nossle to pump air in completely tore off. Didn’t see this until 2-3 days after I used it. Okay. I’ve NEVER seen this before. So I go and pay for a new one and they’re not cheap. And it’s not fun taking a wheel apart and putting it back together. It was a 2 hour ordeal to get it fixed. That was 2 weeks ago. NOW the same damn thing happened to the front tire. They use cheap interubes. I don’t know if they’re used or just poorly made, but I’m annoyed. When you buy a used bike it should still have new tires on it. Total waste of money. Now I have to buy a new one. I don’t recommend this place at all. Wasn’t worth the trip or the customer service.

I was looking for a different place on Maps to take my bike because I moved and needed someplace closer to where I live. My decision was to take it to Golden Crown. I have never been there before. Be warned that the signage in the front can be confusing. Golden Crown shares the space with Toro taxes, divided by a wall. So what you see in the front, above their shop is the large "Toro" sign. They do have a small sign on the sidewalk and pictures of bikes in the front windows, but it is hard to see when you are driving by. They have a wide selection of bicycles, parts and accessories. I was greeted immediately. I shared with them that I needed a new front tube and the rear gear adjustment. The counter person explained exactly how much everything would cost. He then asked if I needed a front gear adjustment. I told them that I didn't know if I needed that and I left it up to them. He took my information and explained that if my front gears needed an adjustment, they would call me to let me know. He then checked in the back and said they could start on my bike right away. I said I had to run a couple or errands and then pick it up. As it turned out, it was ready in less than a half an hour. When I arrived to pick it up, they explained to me that it didn't need a front gear adjustment. I was charged exactly what quoted to me. They give you a copy of the work order and a detailed register receipt. It was refreshing to go to a honest bike shop that doesn't charge you for parts and services you don't want or need. I highly recommend Golden Crown Bicycles to everyone for purchase of a bike, or fast, reasonably priced service.

Just stopped in for a quick estimate and to peep what kind of supplies and products they got on hand. Cool lil shop. Plus as a person who grew up skating, it was cool to see they also supply skate gear. I will definitely be bringing in my bike for a tune up and cop some new parts, real soon. Update: came back a couple hours later with my bike. Extremely helpful staff. They walked me through the entire process as they helped me pick out new parts for the bike. The crew at Golden Crown are definitely masters of their craft. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. Especially if you're in the market for some parts or a whole new ride. Golden Crown Bicycles has gained a new loyal customer. ✌✌✌

Walked in and was immediately greeted by Ricky who was friendly and very knowledgeable about our needs. We received a fair price by Javier and he immediately went to work on our set of tires. We were done within 20 mins of walking in and the work as superb! We chose this location because of the reviews and our experience was nothing less than exceptional. This location has our Las Vegas business for life! The staff is super friendly and bilingual! In my own opinion I think this place is wayyy better than bike world! If you got issues w/ your bike you can’t fix then this is your place. Compared to bike world, this place will fix your bike either on the spot or in a couple days depending on the issue. Other places will take WEEKS just to take a look on the issue, THEN they will tell you what’s wrong w/ it. What I also like about this place is that they’re a family place so everything is in good hands.

I was going really fast and had to slow way down so I braked so hard I snapped the brake cable on my electric scooter. Most bike shops when you mention electric scooter, dont want anything to do with you. They replaced my brake cable and adjusted the brakes. Runs and stops better than before! Fast service and fair prices

Very friendly, very affordable, very fast. I went in at 5, they said it would be done before 6 when they close and it was! I told them I called a rude store and they knew who I was talking about without me mentioning their name (First Choice Bicycle, don't even bothering calling them). I'm for sure going here again!

Exceptional service and attention to detail. I've brought all my bikes here for standard service along with new component installation and assembly of a couple new bikes. From my Hardtail to my full suspension bikes, all the service has been done here. They are reasonable, prompt and and overall great service.

I almost never leave reviews, but these folks deserve it! Great service, good price, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They attended to my repair very quickly and showed me how to make the repair myself if I'm out in the middle of nowhere. Best experience I've had at a bike shop in quite a long time!

Loved this place! Javier, the mechanic, was super knowledgeable and got my bike, which had the wheels and components stolen back up and running again. I went to ten other bike shops before finally finding someone who was willing to do the total rebuild instead of just my frame. Thanks Javier!

What wonderful and knowledgeable service, alomg with very reasonable prices . I was in and out in 5 minutes, my wheel hub repaired and he even put a new grip on my cane for me and I did not feel overcharged at all!! I will be back for my future needs and would recommend this shop to everyone.

It is a really good place to take care of your bicycle. It is a little confusing to get there because they share the space with toro taxes so if you see the toro taxes sign you have arrived. They have al excellent and quick service.

Great family owned shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. Went to fix both wheels of my kids old spiderman bike. He is happy he can bike again. Been their twice for wheel problems, but for differwnt bikes. Will return when needed
