Kelvin Lee from Golden Empire Real Estate is an absolutely fantastic property manager! I honestly couldn't recommend him more highly. He was so communicative before, during and after our tenancy, answering immediately and doing whatever he could to help out if we had questions or needs. He is always professional and polite, and truly conveys that he cares about the tenants he is working with. Kevin Lee is such an awesome, reliable and responsible agent. When there are issues or things that need to be fixed at the apartment he will come to fixed it. If you want to ask him anything he will reply you in time. He reply my message on time and inform us of any things that's important. And he never disappoint you.
