This is the sweetest branch library in San Francisco. Tucked along side Union Street in Cow Hollow, the library offers a great kids activity program, films for cinephiles and a quiet space for reading or computer use. They are not completely opened as yet because of the pandemic. I stopped by their takeout window and presented my Summer stride worksheet. The librarians were super generous and gave me the 2021 tote along with a sticker and 6 tiny buttons which I’ll have to pass along to some children I know! This is my fav neighborhood branch!

The Golden Gate Valley library has friendly and helpful librarians. The building is clean and has a lot of sunlight. Tucked to the far left (as you enter through the front door), are a couple leather chairs for more comfortable seating. The children's area is to the right as you enter, but can be heard throughout the open room into most of the library.

This is my local library branch and I absolutely love the architecture. The building feels spacious yet cozy inside with lots of tables to work or comfy chairs to read. Automated book & DVD check out is great too - makes for a speedy visit! They also have a book collection kiosk outside for after house drop off and plenty of bike rack space.

Nice little library. Members get access to newspapers, books, ebooks, dvds. Registration was quick & easy. Just need to have proof of address. Watch for opening times though as they're not the same each day.

This is a lovely neighborhood library. Never too crazy crowded, but also always has a few people working, reading, etc. I've spent some quiet time here knitting or reading in their comfy chairs.

I never imagined that a library could be soo loud inside. I though that libraries were supposed to be quite places for people to read and study. I guess not.

Fantastic neighborhood library. Small, but laid out beautifully. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of computers. Nice place to bring a kid for the kids books.
