Before writing this review, I read other people's reviews at this store to see if anyone had complained about the rude worker who had served me, and sure enough a few people have already... I went in to browse for some wedding rings and one of the sales assistant (white female, dark brown hair with blue eyes) showed my partner and I some rings... the moment we walked in the store she was incredibly judgemental and had a very poor attitude. She made my partner and I extremely uncomfortable with the way that she spoke to us and looked us up and down, we were out of that store within 5 minutes and then ended up walking to Prouds next door and had sooo much better, friendly and helpful service there. This retail worker at Goldmark was so annoyed that she had to help us and answer our questions.. If you're not happy in retail.. leave... there are plenty of other work opportunities where you'd be a lot happier - you must be really unhappy in your life or have something going on in it if you treat people / customers like that.
REVIEW REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE on 22/11/22. A young lady was helping me look for earrings. Since customers are not allowed to try on earrings, we were comparing the sizes with the earrings I was wearing that day. As I was placing my earrings back into my ear, the older employee asks the younger lady if I had bought the earrings (which is fair). Even though the young lady tried to explain that they were mine and that I DID NOT try on store earrings. The older lady RUDELY asks, "ARE THEY YOURS". I replied yes, they are mine. She then followed up with "Are you sure? Because if they're not, we have cameras all around the store that are watching you". Mind you, the whole tone and attitude she was using towards the young lady and me, were appalling. I cannot believe representatives of a business can disrespect fellow team members and customers. Especially in front of other customers!! I left angry and embarrassed.
Experienced some of the worst service i've ever seen. I was repeatedly ignored by the sales assistants and when i was finally helped i was treated as an inconvenience rather than a customer. Waited in line to be served rather than awkwardly walking around the store but despite this 3 other customers were served before i was even though they came in after i did. I was only served once another customer who had come to the store, left and then returned realised that i had been waiting for so long and told the person serving her to address me first. On top of this, when i was finally talked to the sales assistant started serving another customer while i was finding the necklace for her to take out of the display cabinet. very frustrating!

As my 17 year old daughter went through the process to get it a refund or exchange she ended up coming home with a upsetting customer experience. Which ruined my daughters day and cried in my arms about how uncomfortable she was being in that store. That the worker had a attitude, judgey eyes, extremely rude and NOT friendly at all. I’ll never return nor my family & friends as I’ll spread this around!! Not only did that ruin me from returning to that store but the whole company. highly recommend NOT to attend. If I could rate a 0 star I would.
Wonderful caring staff, I can’t speak highly enough about the young ladies who work here.... I think the young blonde girl was called Lisa , she went beyond the call of duty to try to replace the ring, my daughter had lost, it had been discontinued, but she never gave up , the same identical ring was found at Tuggerah, which she organised to be delivered to the Hurstville store.... I walked in the store today and was met with the biggest smiles, and “the ring”.... I’ve always been a happy customer here but now after how they treated me I feel that I have a few extra daughters.... a BIG thank you
Thank you to Jessica for amazing customer service. I had bought a watch from another goldmark store as a gift which had tarnished before the watch was even worn. The other store failed to help me solve the issue, so I came to this store for a second opinion. Without hesitation Jessica filed a claim for me and sent the watch for repairs. We just received the watch back completely repaired free of charge due to warranty. Thank you so much.
Just wanna give them 0 star. The customer service was really disgusting especially that old lady with sick mentality. I went there couple of weeks ago to buy rings but there was not my size one. I went there today as well and she told me that you came here earlier and there’s no size without letting me try. She was so rude. I don’t know why do they keep such person at work.. Never going back there again.
Worse unorganised store ever I had a ring there for over two weeks to get sized I went to pick it up and already paid for it and it was never sized. when I rang the store I didn't get offered a discount or anything. The lady informed me I may have to wait another whole week for it to get sized.
That AWAY from this shop The worst customer service EVER and the products that they're selling have very bad quality plus they don't have guaranteed for any items. Avoid troubles they won't take responsibility for any issues and you'll lose the money

Very rude staff, gave my wife very hard time to exchange a faulty watch. Poor customer service and poor quality products. Not worth even the visit. Please avoid.
The salesperson is very kind and is particularly willing to help me. She even helped me try on a pendant. A great jewellery shop with excellent customer service.
