Bad customer service. Lady doesn't acknowledged than I'm standing in line while serving one person for 10 minutes straight. When she finally asked me what I want, I order for a loaf, she slams it on the counter without a bag! When I asked her for a bag she gives me so much attitude and acts as if i was as if i was bothering her. Very unexpected, I had to walk away! I think when I turned around she threw some stuff on the floor. Because I came back to try and address the situation and she was picking things up that weren't there before. Anyways please just remember to be considerate of people's feelings.

I am pregnant !! I went to get a smoothie , the guy in the counter added a rotten banana in the smoothie , when I saw that I asked him to show me , he said very rudely that it’s more ripe & when I asked him to change that very arrongantly he is telling me that they don’t have any more & cancel the order !! I don’t understand you are working in the best hospital which cures patients & then arrogantly you add a rotten banana in the smoothie for a pregnant lady !! Sick !! Such people should never work with a big name like Good Earth !! Unnecessarily spoiling the name of the brand !!!!

Honestly the coffee and food are lovely but it drives me crazy that this location refuses to accept gift cards. Since we are visiting this hospital everyday for four months due to our daughter being in the NICU we have been gifted gift cards for Good Earth and the whole time this location's machine has been broken so we haven't been able to use them. Other hospitals Good Earths accept gift cards so it is something they can totally do but refuse to fix for some reason. Please fix your gift card scanner.

Super friendly and cool staff who are all very conscientious and understanding of the fact that none of their customers are there under positive circumstances. Open 24 hours, so that a visitor can buy a patient something delicious any time, and subsequently sneak it into their hospital room so that they may enjoy a respite from hospital food! I bought cookies (pictured), and the employee even gave me a bonus cookie because two of them were stuck together! Thanks, folks! You rock!!! <3 :-D

Good Earth has never been my go-to place when I want a hot beverage, but working at Foothills you don't have a lot of options. Once or twice a year I'll cave and want to get a matcha latte at work and every single time afterwards I regret it. They don't sweeten their matcha lattes so it tastes like milky tea water. After mixing in sugar, the matcha taste is still extremely muted. I don't really think this beverage could be called a matcha latte if I'm being honest.

Ordered a chai latte and it was lukewarm. When asked if she could heat it up, I was met with a scowl and begrudgingly heated it up in the microwave and it overflowed. $6 for a drink. I normally like Good Earth and it’s great to have this option in a hospital, but will likely be avoiding this location. If you work in customer service, especially in a hospital, especially with inflated prices, you might have to put in a bit of effort to give a pleasant experience.

There is a filipina lady with long hair who is super rude. I work at FMC and every time I order, she does not acknowledge me and it seems that she's the only one with an issue! Never have I ever made a conversation with her or make her feel like she was any different from the other staff who have otherwise been great! I don't understand what her issue is but maybe she should have a bit more respect towards all customers and not just some.

Don't be deterred if you see a line-up when you arrive there. The staff there are friendly, quick, and efficient. It is wheel chair accessible. During peak times at lunch, there are limited tables. So keep that in mind. I always got their Iced Coffee. Simple but so great. It's the only true barrista place available in the Foothills hospital area. Sorry no typical StarB place here

The staff late at night was more worried about watching The Walking Dead, loud enough that it could be heard in the emergency waiting area for family, than serving customers . Purchased mac and cheese that wasn't heated through and before I had finished paying this young man was already back to his laptop. Extremely unprofessional for the setting this coffeeshop is in.

Awful staff just looks at you with a blank stare when you order dark roast and there is none brewed!! Medium roast sorry none brewed!! I ordered a dark large I payed they could only fill up half the cup. Really at 700 am you should be ready to go guys! I will go to the garden delie cafe where there Starbucks brew is less expensive and you get great service.

Very arrogantly tsk tsk tsk'd me for throwing a stir stick into new garbage bag he was changing.. and then fished it out. The old bag was twisted closed.. I wasnt about to open it. Really? I have been going to green earth and more specifically this locations for 4 years straight. I always get the earl gery lattee, never once in this time have they screwed it up. Cant say the same about starbucks. Price is a little out to lunch at green earth, the only negative thing I have to say.

While waiting in the emergency this was the only place nearby to get coffee and snacks. Ordered latte for myself to keep myself going for the rest of the day. The lady over the counter was very nice and my order was prepared really quick. Coffee tasted good and strong.

Had the worst customer experience here at this location for the second day in a row ,which is sad when you are spending a week with your love one in the hospital. You stand there and they ignore you with 4 people behind the counter. The Franchise should be ashamed!!!!

HORRIBLE!! They take advantage of the the staff/patients here. Its so overpriced & the food/coffee is disgusting. It is the only option during the evening or night. Its more expensive than Starbucks, but gross. I wouldnt even give it 1 star if I had a choice.

Lots of delicious sandwiches. Fresh, clean and tasty. Their muffins and other baked goods are great. Not too bad for pricing considering they are open 24 hours and save you from starving when you are waiting at ER with a family member.

Good products but can be backed up. Try to be patient (lol) because you might have to wait a bit. I have been coming for the past week while my wife is in the hospital. One it is lined up into the hallway the next time no one there.

After paying $9.50 for a small apple juice and what could be called a medium chai on another planet (it's a small) then waiting for the chai for 10 minutes, I left. I know, I get it. Serve the quicker orders first.

The staff and service is really good. However, they tend to steam all their coffee drinks to crazy hot temperatures to the point where you have to let the drink sit for a good 5-10 minutes before its drinkable.

The coffee is pretty good, but it is a little pricey compared to other options. They have a few good options for food and drinks, but nothing special. It's definitely better than Tim Hortons however.

One star because they will sell you a gift card but "because we are a franchise" they will not let you redeem it at this location. Gift card was a gift for the day our baby was born. More

Typical overpriced Hospital coffee shop. Has a good selection of breakfast items such as oatmeal and muffins. I do enjoy the matcha green tea latte with syrup added as a treat.

This place kept me alive during residency. The coffee was always extra strength and the white chocolate berry scones were the best. I still crave those scones.

great that it’s 24/7 and offers a decent secretion, but the girl that works nights with the long dark brown hair needs some serious attitude changing. So rude.

They have no concept of how to make good coffee drinks. Plus its expensive, and some drinks are plain out gross, like the pumpkin pie latte.

Drinks are usually good. Place can be baked up at times. Food can be hit or miss. Sometimes good other times the food tastes really stale.
