I usually don't review things But I had a pretty bad experience with this guy. It was my birthday & my sister placed an order on April 21st. Understanding the situation due to lockdown they were unable to deliver items. When my sister called the next day asking the delivery time so that she can plan the day accordingly. The person on the other end said "modiji ne lockdown karwaya usme hum kaise deliver kar sakte" upon arguing with him for long time, my sister asked him when the other websites have clearly mentioned that we are not taking any other why did your website say we're delivering and the item will be delivered the next day to which he didn't had any answer and hung up the call. When called back he phone was out of network area. Called the next days, he said the phone battery died(what a co-incidence). Then my sister narrates me all the story, I called him 2 days asked for the refund to which he said, I will do that by Friday, when called Friday he postponed to Monday, when called Monday, he said you will get refund by the end of the day. "Maine office se baat Karli hai agar waha de refund nhi ayega toh me khud APNI jeb(pocket) se paise dunga" I called him again on May 15, to which he said, Nisha aapka case dekhri hai wo refund process karwa degi. Which never happened I called him again on May 20, asking the refund he said "hum roz ready hore hai but hume bahar nhi nikalne de rhe hai" I called him on May 24 threatening him that I'll take the case to the civil court as you're running bad business taking our hard earned money and not returning to which he said "Jo ukhadna hai ukhadlo" I still didn't loose my calmness and waited until he could process refund I called him again on June 2nd as most of the services started, he said " email kardo me dekh lunga" Aaj pakka karwa deta hu. Again after 2 days comes up with a response humare pass Gpay nhi hai" WHY THE HELL YOU PEOPLE START A COMPANY IF YOU DON'T HAVE THESE APPLICATION. The amount was paid through Gpay but they don't have Gpay to return the money disgusting... Finally on June 10th I called him again he said " Agar aapko company paise degi toh aapko lautana hoga, I am processing a refund from my pocket". I also have proof of all the conversation that happened between us to prove my innocence. He asked me to give a 5* rating but he isn't worth to give 1* as well. Never ever going to order again, nor will recommend any friends to place an order. I need a compensation for the lost time and my sister paid the amount with her first salary which means alot.

Just read this and save yourself from these people. Still holding my Rs. 1299. They have a cut off time line of 8pm for the same day midnight delivery. When I placed order and it got punched at 7.49pm they sent me order details of next day delivery and when I called and told them about the delivery date mistake they said it is not possible. I said I punched within you time frame to that they said it was within the borderline but not possible to deliver and they will refund my money. Today is 17th day and I have dropped 4 mails and made 2 calls but money is still not refunded. Just for suchana small money how can someone become so greedy and put their business on risk and get such negative comments. Very unprofessional.

I have been ordering flowers to my Ex-boss staying at Bangalore on his birthday for the past few years. One, Mr. Allen of Goodmorning florists at Bangalore was dealing with me for the orders. While paying through paytm on 08/03/2019, i transferred an amout of Rs.2850 to a number which i was told that the number is inoperative and asked me to send the amount by Googlepay to another number which i promptly did. Mr. Allen promised that he will arrange for the refund soon. But till today, 14/08/2019 the amount is not refunded and everytime Mr. Allen is giving some or other excuses. I have decided not to place any further orders with Goodmorningflorists. . I feel cheated and the amount is thus forefeited

i am not sure whether this is a genuine site or a fraud one, because i ordered Roses for my fiancee on occasion of valentine day. This site took order and i selected time frame between 12 Pm to 4 Pm for delivery but still roses are undelivered. No one picks up call, they do not reply on their live chat nor they are interested in reverting to email. Please do not place any order on this site they are total fraud. They even don't have any tracking system They have spoil my occasion. It was my first experience on this site but very very bad and upsetting. I recommend never ever order from this site.

Worst service i have ever come across.Ordered a cake for anniversary but didnot deliver. They didnot even respond back that they could not deliver.Forget about delivery we need to remind them about refund. Literally we need beg them for refund but they will not refund. I have ordered a cake yesterday and deliver was in 4 hrs It's more then 24hrs now, I haven't received my cake. I was told yesterday that it can't be delivered in Mumbai after 6pm so you will try it tomorrow but it's 6pm now too. Now no one is receiving the call too. I Wonder that is this site genuine? Unreliable and unprofessional... Don't know why they take orders if they can't deliver, and later refuse for refund.. there is no point for selecting a delivery time slot cus whatever u order will never reach... My request DO NOT RELY on "Good morning florist" for any special occasion cus most likely it will be ruined... Worst is their customer service... Completely Toothless... They have no idea where the order is, who is delivering it, how to initiate refund, or do anything except just to listen to your complaint....

Poor Customer Service!!! An Employee named Rohit Just hung up the call without even letting to speak. Adding to the misery firstly it was delayed late , secondly there was no message on the cake & also we ordered for the flowers which was not delivered. Reason being there was no flowers!!! I would never recommend this website to any body else again. Customer Service like mentioned earlier is really very poor!! I have attached the photos for all your reference. They haven't got back with an email or call yet!

I've ordered a photo cake and they delivered cake with a printout of photo that I gave them stick to the cake, imagine a topping of cake with a paper, it's almost impossible to eat that disgusting cake. I've never seen such fake bakers. When I told the same to the owner he said sorry but we can not refund and we may deliver complimentry. Seriously, birthday is over, I was really ashamed in front of everyone. Order from them only if u want to ruin your special day.

It,s very very bad. I ordered cake to deliver on 7th July but they didn't deliver it and I asked for refund that also they didn't provide. Later I asked them to deliver the cake on 27 th Oct. But they deliver the cake from local shop with worth of Rs300/_ but I order cake worth Rs699/_. If I asked about this they didn't not provide proper response. They are cheating like anything. Pls be careful with them.

I had ordered a cake in Hyderabad 1 month back which was supposed to be delivered on 10th of May, however the same was not delivered and also there was no update from their end of the order is getting delayed or they'll not at be able deliver at all. Also no refund generated from their end even though they have mentioned that if my order is not delivered due to lockdown I am entitled to full refund.

I don't want to give any stars... no other ways to proceed. I have had a bad experience , order was placed yesterday evening, & confirmed with them immediately. I have selected 9-12PM delivery next day . Its been 4:30 still not delivered. Morning I called they said its on the way. Time Management is very poor .

Very bad service, Late delivery, no proper response The Delivery guy was just fooled us saying the name of traffic, even custom care people was not responded properly. The cake was supposed to be delivered on 5 o’clock, But it delivered at 8 o clock in the night. I tried to give Zero star but was not possible.

Horrible service... The cake isn't delivered and money takes forever to get refunded. I had to literally beg for the money to be refunded. And the customer service is so bad... They do not care about the customer at all. I would suggest to not waste money and buy from here.

Even one start is waste. I paid 300 rupees extra for midnight delivery and got it delivered it at 10:30pm claiming that it is tier2.Even while payment they did not alert me that the order is tier2 and midnight delivery will be at 10-11 for tier2.Total waste of money.
