The antiques in DC are amazing. This place has furnitire from eras of many. The metal boxes that were from a DC metal box maker years ago, now in this antique shop was quite nostalgic - even for a guy who is new to this city. Tables, chairs, lighting .... very very cooooool!

GoodWood is chock-full of special, high-quality vintage and vintage-modern pieces. The store is warm, bright, expertly curated, and the associates are super friendly. They also get a fresh batch of items weekly on Thursday, so you're sure to find a gem whenever you visit.

We had such a great experience with Good Wood. We had to bring our table up to Northern Virginia and they were so careful to pack and protect our items. The quality of the table and chairs is amazing and the prices can't be beat!

I love GoodWood for its selection. I love their incense and candle selection. The staff have never acknowledged me in the 3 times I have been inside and few times I have purchased. The owner seems to be very nice, though.

Fantastic ambience. The owners clearly have excellent taste and have curated an attractive, inviting space. Their inventory is high-end so don’t expect GoodWill prices but for what you’re getting they are very reasonable.
