Gopi is Ahmedabad's oldest diner. Located in the heart of Ahmedabad , Gopi gives you an unforgettable Gujarati Thali experience. The food is absolutely delicious and the service impeccable. The food has no colouring, essences or added preservatives. Everything is cooked fresh every day so there is no question of serving frozen stuff. Food is prepared in batches for 100 pax so what you eat is absolutely fresh and flavourful. A great dining experience awaits you. Sandwich style dhoklas with chutneys, kachoris- crisp and hot. Phulkas and puris with a variety of vegetables. The dal and khadi is outstanding. Puran poli subtle and soft. The dinner menu had 9 different varieties of Khichidi and it's served with khadi. Extremely respectful staff. A must visit place.

I had guests from other state, thought of giving them the feel of gujarati thali in Ahmedabad. There were not many variety of food item served. In sweet sira was offered. There was nothing special in food . I think over a period of time costs have increased and they have budged the food. This kind of food should be available in any standard restaurant's. I have been to several prominent restaurants in Ahmedabad serving gujarati thali. I had visited them in 2018 With my guests from Bangalore and Chandigarh. I am definitely disappointed this time.

Gopi is one of the best thaali places I’ve been to, in Ahmedabad and otherwise. We had the Gujarati Thaali and we were very impressed either the fresh, delicious sabzis, perfect rotis and the sweets and snacks served. The waiters served us with so much care and generosity and clearly took great pride in us eating well. The atmosphere was very calm and made for an even better experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hearty Gujarati Thaali in Ahmedabad.

Rasawala bataka and Gujarati dal didn't have the wow factor that would have made us forget the other issues. Ras was a nice touch and the dhokla and gulab jamuns made it a memorable meal.

Good quality food and nice taste. Overall nice preparations and dishes. Food was not spicy at all and well balanced food. Aam ras was of finest quality. The restaurant is having very good seating arrangement and staff is also good. However parking is a bit difficult here. Thali is the only option you have and is priced a bit high. The dishes are really tasty and delicious.They also have a lot of varietie dishes on their thali. The best part is even Thier deserts are unlimited. Awesome place to enjoy gujrati thali and kathiyavadi thali. The quality of food is good. Very courteous staff members with quick service. The ambience and the interiors are so pleasing, at the entrance they kept flowers in water with floating diyas which gives Indian welcoming touch. Overall a superb experience. There is lack of car parking facility.
