Do not buy a custom suit from this store. I ordered a custom suit in March for my wedding in July. The tailor told me it would take 4-6 weeks, he continued to push back the date with no accountability. The suit arrived 4 days before the wedding 2 months late from the initial date, and had my monogram spelled wrong. The store assured me they would fix the monogram after the wedding, I reached out and they said my tailor would be in touch, and I haven’t heard anything for weeks. There is zero accountability or communication from anyone in this store, if you are getting a suit for an important occasion, please go somewhere else. This store provided the worst and most frustrating retail experience of my life .

One of the best retail clothing stores I've ever walked into, hands down. If you're in the mood to shop for something truly chic, especially those feel-amazing-to-wear men's blazers, Gotstyle is the place to be. Their selections for men are absolutely incredible. Plus they have an amazing team of super-friendly staff and stylists who will genuinely look after you - you're guaranteed an amazing shopping experience. If you're in Toronto, a must-visit for sure!

Will never shop here again! Wow Frankie, we can agree to disagree on who misunderstood whom…simply doesn’t make sense why I would agree to pay for courier charges to have the shirt couriered to my office when I could have taken it with me if it wasn’t going to be tailored. Great aftermarket salesmanship…over $10 you’ll go out of your way to place the blame elsewhere…. I can see why other customers have complained about the service here.

Picked up a very sharp sports jacket at a reasonable price considering the brand, and couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Staff are friendly, turnaround time for alterations is not too long, and the overall store experience was great. They even let the team bring their dogs to work, so I had a fluffy friend keep me company while shopping. Loved that part!

Love this store! Bought a sport coat and shirt and received great service and attention. Alterations were timely and perfect!
