Last time I came here I was told I cannot withdraw from my SB account as I have Koramangala branch account. When I went to Koramangala they said I can withdraw from anywhere as it is a savings account. And that day I sent parcel from Gottigere post office. Today I come and my parcel is hardly 3 kg and I am being told that they will not accept my parcel. Really strange. Also they have changed their address and not updated it yet. Have to keep searching and asking ppl around. No proper answers to queries.

Awesome service and great staff especially the lady who sits on the main counter so helpful and she listen to individuals needs. Recommends different option which is cost effective and time efficient too. Only thing is they have only cash transactions no Card or UPI payment. So before you go please have cash in pocket.I had couple of instance recently visiting to the PO and both time I was impressed. Kudos to the Staff please keep up the Great Work!!!

Earlier most experienced, knowledgeable and efficient Sub Assistant Post Masters were being posted at this Singly handled Post Office, but since about last 2years less competent persons are being deputed to run this increasingly busier Post Office. (3star) Edit: Recently a lady Sub Asst Post Master cum Assistant has joined who is very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks to Postal Authorities. (So, changed to 4star)

yes small post office . But i have seen the services are not as per expectations. Dont get any proper feedback even after enquiring many times. It is not only with this but in general all the PO work very lazily. i got fedup with PO savings.

Bit overcrowded sometimes as place is bit smaller. But, good service and I am frequently visiting this place. Suggested to visit during early morning or post lunch to avoid queues.

The staff lady is very helpful. New to Bangalore.First time in this post office. Answered every question. I even asked the bus routes and she gave some tips regarding the area

I have sent one cover through registered post on 4th April2023, but still(12th June) not delivered. I have raised complaint and called multiple times but no proper response.

It's very small post office and only one person is operating..and long waiting time.. higher officials have to look for more employees to depute ASAP..

Just little above average unlike other govt offices. Staffs come after 9.15 plus though timing is from 9 AM. Slow work due to various reasons.
