READ THIS REVIEW ASAP Hello there!. I washer here today August 26 2023 beacuse the hurricane Idalia is coming tomorrow with is Wednesday and I want to prepare with my mother. Well as I went to load the washing machine with my clothes I was done loading so I put the quarter’s and waited for it to finish mean while I was in the car then a few minutes later I check it and it’s was finished so I open the washing machine and I see a lot of dust like the fabric of the cloth and I’m wondering “what’s all this??” So (it was all over the place) and I pick them up and look closely and turns out that it looks exactly like the color of my FAVORITE pants for Christmas so then I search for the pants and found out the machine ripped my pants in half (as you can see in the photo below) and I just got shocked and got upset beacuse they were my favorite so I went to show the owner and he look shocked too and then he tells me”when it’s overfilled it does that” but it wasent overfilled but I let it slide and don’t tell hime anything then he apologizes to me so I forgive him then he shows me where he has some books and he telled me to pick some and keep it so I picked some and read then he gave my mother the one dollar that you should put in the washing machine and he apologize to her so then she forgives him too so then I just read the books and he left well I thought he would do something else but I guess it’s worth it. Giving this business a star rating of "1", is even too much! The man at the counter, who claims to be the owner, is very RUDE!! He watches you from the time you walk in and not from the counter. He followed my husband to the change machine, while he's getting qtrs he's watching me load the machine. Then tells me what machine he thinks I should use! When I told him I dont need that particular machine, he gets louder trying to convince me to change washers. Then sd "I know what's best, because I'm the owner!" I let him know I knew what was best and took my clothes out of the machine and left!! BAD BUSINESS. Find a different independent laundry mat, dont spend your $$ with someone that doesn't know how to treat/talk to their customers.

recently I was on the site and although the service is quite acceptable, the place suffers from courtesy and poor customer service by the owner of the place not so her husband, some dryers sometimes fail in the temperature and that is why of outburst and mistreatment to the client that can go as far as lack of respect, it is good to offer a service but always offer it with quality and good customer service so that at the end they feel the need to return to your business in such a competitive world

Owner will not admit that his machine is broken. If you use a broken machine he will act as if that is the way it is supposed to wash. Two of the machines do not let out water and he swears that is the way it's supposed to perform. While the same brand and model machine fills up with water. I had to use my own money to rewash my clothes because they were still dry and dirty. And then he was so inconsiderate to say I didn't have enough time to dry.

Excellent laundry service. Washers & dryers are superb. All different sizes of washers. The dryers are not only huge but they dry in no time. I put a queen size comforter in one of the dryers & it only took 10 minutes. 2 years later and I still love this place. The ladies are so helpful. And they do an excellent job when I drop my laundry off.

Rude person at counter. Even though the machine takes 20's will come up to you and tell you that you don't need 20 dollars to do laundry. And I didn't even bring all the dirty laundry I had. If I had I would have needed more then twenty dollars. Especially if I want a drink and snack which they offer. Absolute rude lady.

A very nice place to get your laundry done, the patrons seem respectful enough of each other's privacy and space, social distancing, mask wearing, and other covid appropriate measures seem to be in place and are respected/practiced by the patrons, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Washer work but not clean. Staff is half friendly. And place smells like body odor half the time. But on days I can get a dryer. It's a laundry mat. Cant expect the best all the time I guess. It is conveniently located next to Publix and McDonald's so there's a win

The place was very clean however when my sister ask about the water pressure nicely the gentleman told her to get out of his establishment. I was appalled at his attitude and for someone that has a business called grace he didn’t show it at all. Will not be back!!!

Clean and has a/c, only issue was lack of seating. I thought there could definitely be more. Seems like all the spouses come along with the older people to hang out, which is fine, just add more chairs along the walls. Owners and staff were nice also.

My favorite place for cleanliness. However periodically I witness customers being talked to improperly and the same happened with me. I forgive the owner and hope he begins to treat everyone better. Nobody is perfect but we all need to do better.

I washed clothes here earlier today and my clothes were soaking wet when the cycle was finished . Called the attendant over to explain that my clothes were soaking wet and that the washer was broken and she refused to let me change another

Dropped off my clothes due to emergency came back and got my clothes and when I got home I realized they gave me someone else clothes with few of mines but majority of my clothes are missing smh when tried to call he couldn’t understand me

Last Saturday morning we did laundry at our house and we went to dry our clothes we learned that the dryer went out on us. We were trying to find a place to go and dry our clothes and found Grace Laundry on Townsend Blvd in Arlington. We

I arrived at 845 to wash 2 loads of clothes. As I struggle to open the door and walk in the lady says they're closed. The sign on door says last wash at 9. She points me back out saying closed. Very rude and unprofessional.

I dont normally have problems with this place , what i do have problems with is the selfish people that take 8 washer while there here doing 8 loads of laundry, no seriously there is somone here taking 8 washers…

This lady thats working at the laundry is really getting on my nerves,she always tells me to knock,I did that she looks right at me and kept cleaning it's almost 7:10am and the door is not open yet

I've been washing cloths here since 2011. Real nice folks...a beautiful laundromat and i am pretty sure he does drop offs too. If you live in E.Jax and have to do laundry out...check this one out.

They have the cleanest laundromat I've seen in the Arlington area. There is always staff present and the machines work as they should. And it's not a smelly place, like a lot of laundromats are.

Clean people are very nice, and dryers work awesome only few washers work good cant really wash blankets in them unless its one ata time cause washers do not spin good to ring excess water out

The 22nd machine does not work. My clothes were only partially washed. The man who was working tried to ignore me. He then tried to tell me the washer had sucked all moisture from my clothes.

The place has AC and is clean and nice. All the washers & dryers are clean inside and working. They have a TV. Also a clean bathroom. And it feels like a place that is comfortable and safe

Owner is rude and place has Cockroaches. Dryers do not work well. I will try the place a different laundry next time. New to Arlington. Prices were OK but an extra $.50 for hot water

The owner never loses you explain the situation and he dont care the color of my quilt got fade out and also the ware maleted crayons on the dryer jeans got ruined.

My favorite place to do my laundry. I live in Regency area and travel to Arlington to do my laundry here. Always clean, staff is always nice and very helpful.

Dryers not hot. Place is dirty and Attendent is rude. They charge extra for hot water??? Very hard to get in and out of parking lot too much traffic.

I like this laundry for my comforters blankets and pillows large washers and dryers really gets the job done . Also have small washers with hot water

Any time I have gone to do laundry the place is clean and wiped down and the Owner is alwaysdoing laundry thats been dropped off.

Bring in rugs and blankets for extraction large machines...looked like new!! The owner is on site, super friendly and helpful!!
