DO NOT BOOK! I rarely write reviews, but the pictures posted by the hotel are deceiving. Rooms are in deteriorating conditions, and the owners are clearly trying to aggressively cut cost and not willing to provide maintenance to the building.

An nice and comfortable hotel to spend a few nights in São Paulo. Its rooms are a little bit old and need some restorations, and the area outside the hotel can be a little bit daunting for those less used to it, but it is a good and affordable place to stay.

Our experience was quite bad, it doesn't have the condition to be a four star hotel, the sheets bed aren't changed everyday and they are old and not well washed, the bathtub is old and rusty. The description in the web site isn't real neither true.

The lobby looked promising but it was a ruse. No internet, no towels and the nuts in the mini bar were stale. Staff were nice enough but not particularly effective. Stay away.

Do not recommend to anyone. The hotel is very old, pictures they post can trick you to think it’s nice, but as soon as you arrive and enter the room. It’s a nightmare.

Bathtub leaking, no towels at the first day. WiFi disconnects and you need to call reception to reset everyday. Bad customer service also.

Really friendly people. Lovely breakfast. Could make the bathroom a little bit better and replace or clean the bedding more often.

It is nice. Very clean. Not expensive as well. Not much amenities. Room service did not speak or understand English.
