When I went to pay for the wash the guy tried to charge me for level three. I told him I never asked for level three so he said oh sorry 2. I said okay, I want to make sure you wiped down the inside, which is what level 2 is. Unfortunately, I never checked before I paid and it wasn’t until after I drove off that I saw that the inside was never wiped down. I called to ask what level two exactly entails, just dusting or wiping down everything, his response was “oh they didn’t wipe it down… you can come back and we will wipe it.” They did a poor job on the outside and they never cleaned the inside besides vacuuming even after charging me extra for it.

I frequently come to the establishment. And each time if I don’t do a walk around something is undone. I truly am appalled at the fact that I am a regular customer and this is what I get for a paid service. I even go as far as to say whatever it cost for you to do what I ask please just fully wash my car. Thank you…. But, I still find these things incomplete. Usually I don’t have the time to walk around the way I would like too to make sure all is done as I ask. But, I also should have to do that. Don’t rush to get my car out…. And this morning when I went for this particular was I was the first one and o my one there. SMH.

I will never be going back to this place. The first time I went, they stole a couple dollars worth of change from my car. I spoke to someone there and they gave me my money back. A few months later I decided to give them another chance. This time they stole a small electronic device I had in my car. We should be able to take our cars to get washed and drive off happy. Not have to inspect our belongings to make sure nothing has been taken. Completely unprofessional.

Great team of guys! Price was affordable! They washed the exterior and cleaned the interior I waited no more than 10-15 mintues! They had me in and out and I was able to make it to work right on time! This place is convenient because it right around the corner from my job. I will definitely be back! The guy, who I'm assuming is the manager, paid great attention to detail and corrected anything that didn't look like good quality work. Two thumbs up to this company.

This is not the best carwash. They don't take their time. My mats were still dirty, it wasn't vacuumed properly, there were spots still on my car that I had to point out and have them clean it. The guy said that it was scratch. I took the towel and wiped it to show them and it came right off. I'm never going back!

they told me they were going to clean the interior of the car so they charge me to clean the interior and exterior and didn't clean the interior. When I told them they asked me "what did I miss". When the whole interior was dirty.save your money go to mr. Klean or other better car washes in the neighborhood.

Went there to try them out. First thing I noticed was they wash your car up and down, not from the top to bottom, that's a huge mistake as you bring up dirt and debris from the bottom up to a less dirty area. This is especially noticeable on black cars leaving swirl marks. Car was still dirty after wash.

Didn't clean the windows right didn't vacuum right and mud guards were still dirty wasn't even busy went there at 9 o'clock in the morning sun Oct 11,2015 I could did a quick car wash like they did at home but better this car wash fell off used to be a good car wash what happened

Don't go their they do not clean the car in the inside meaning windows doors dashboard cup holders and this is my second time going their witnessing this and I wonder why they are always empty they half clean the car they really are a waste of $14 dont go their

Absolutely terrible. I brought my wife's new jeep Cherokee Laredo 2016 and I ended up having to clean a bunch of areas that were left dirty. I paid $12 dollars for that. Never again. I recommend that no one go there. There are better places.

The price is awesome, but they keep forgetting to clean on the side of the doors. I end up doing it myself. But its pretty fast and the price is reasonable.
