Worst restaurant in burdubai zero customer satisfaction, poor hygiene, reheated old food, delayed delivery. What all things a restaurant should not do is being done properly. It's a shame the restaurant is still running. Chai - burnt milk smell biriyani - old reheated Fried rice - not properly done Meals - ok Charcoal - the worst you'll ever taste. Snacks - not prepared by them which is ok but will be stale and they have no problem serving it to customers. Overall is the food worth you money - No (but it's not pricey) Do you want to spoil your appetite - at your own risk. Customer's please try Koka star, Safrah or Al raffa restaurant which are close by and are much decent than these people.

Worst customer service, Was good food, now that also becoming worst. They will do only something regarding the customer service only if the business is down. As long as the customers keep coming they will not do anything to improve their customer service. Their service is like the customers are coming there to have free food. Such a worst restaurant!!!

Food is fine. Specially the waiter who served inside the family dining he need some money to take the order . No one is coming here to take food in Free of cost. However don't go inside the family dinning With family or frnds, if you have self-respect!

The staff working in this Reastaurant not at all concerned about customer They are there in their own world No staff knows when customer has come to their restaurant And they charge money anyhow Can’t understand what is their problem Or any technical fault Coz I ordered a fish curry rice meal and I get a bill of chicken biryani

They charged me twice for biryani & refused to refund my own money, the biryani I take away was raw everything raw. They refused to refund my money which they charged me twice & also refused to give something else with I already paid for. These people are very complicated & annoying at same time.

There is nothing wrong with this. Good testy food. Variety food. Everything is there. Now there is short staff. Still they are serving as best they can. Don't pretend you didn't see it. They are human too. Came to live. Don't hurt even if you don't help. … المزيد

Worst Hotel ever i have visited.There is no specific waiter. 3-4 people are doing the waiter role and they won't come to unless you look rich or beautiful. The food taste is good, but don't go if you have some self-respect!

I really don't like to put this comment bcaz food is not bad and the price is also reasonable but the only issue is STAFFS not all of them but most of them... They Don't know or they don't care how to handle customers.

The Snacks i have had on 5 different occasions were really bad. Cheicken used in snacks had foul taste. All other food is awesome worth the money and very good compared to other similar category cafeterias nearby sharing the pic of the cutlet I just had

Food is tasty and economical but new cashier/manager is very bad at service, he even doesn't look at customer face when ask something at cash point. Feel like he is not interested to serve customer. Sometimes respond or same attitude

Had Chicken Dum Biriyani which is a must try. Ordered for 15 people pack in chempu(A huge vessel used for cooking the Biriyani). Finger licking superb Malabar Chicken Dum Biriyani

Most of the food was either finished or not available. Even at 11 o’clock. Finally landed with paratta and black chana. Black chana was too spicy. Ambience was so so. No parking available. Tea was good. Price is reasonable.

Bang for the buck! Superb food, great service and good ambience. I recommend the lunch meals with fish fry, it'll take you back to Kerala. Must visit!
