I have been a loyal customer at this car wash for quite some time now, and I must say that their service continues to impress me. Recently, I had an unexpected incident with a flat tire, and I am extremely grateful to the attentive staff, particularly Az and Bev, who went above and beyond to assist me. Upon arriving at the car wash, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff as always. However, what truly sets this car wash apart is their exceptional customer service. Az and Bev noticed that I had a flat tire while they were cleaning my car and immediately sprang into action. Both of them assisted me to efficiently change the tire to a spare, saving me from a potentially hazardous situation. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly exemplify their commitment to customer satisfaction. Rather confused on my first (and probably only) visit. You drive up a long driveway and stop at a sign that says "wait here". In front of you there is a board with three different wash services and prices. So I'm waiting ... for what? No staff around. Finally figure out there's some pay machines on the right, so I pull in. Can't reach the screen. Again there are 3 prices for a wash. I choose the middle one, get a ticket, and I'm ushered forward into the machine. Big machine... long machine. I come out the other side and I'm looking for staff who will dry my car and vacuum it. None. So I pulled into a bay and looked for cloth to dry my car. None. I vacuumed my car and left. Still not sure why there were 3 different types of service when there is NO service except a machine.

I used this service for the first time ever today, and will definitely become a regular. It was so quick and easy to go through the automatic cleaning process, and the staff were really friendly and helpful in explaining the process. I could then use the free vacuum to clean up the interior of my car, plus use the provided wash cloth to get off any last specks of dirt, and wipe down the interior. My car was in very bad condition cleanliness-wise, it would be more than a year since it was last washed. So I was extremely impressed with how well it came up from the automatic wash. And the best thing is, the price is so reasonable that it’s easily affordable to get regular washes. I came based on all the positive reviews, and am a convert. Highly recommend.

I saw the reviews and was wondering what the fuss was about. I gave this place a go and wow! I'll wouldn't go anywhere else again and really they beat most other hand car wash operators hands down. The car and the tyres needed a really deep clean after months of neglect and I was very happy with the result. I wasn't sure about the settings for the Tesla for car wash mode and the staff was knowledgeable to point me in the right direction. It's obvious the owners really thought through the whole user experience of the car wash, from driving in, to interface for the payment system, space layout, towels and vacuum stations. Kudos to the team!

Pretty amazing results, car came out spotless. Would recommend a quick chamois at the end as it doesn’t come out completely dry. Was my first visit here and was a bit going on, you get a few staff pre soak your car at the start which is impressive, then through the tunnel on a conveyor belt, needs to be in neutral and no braking. The whole process only takes a few minutes it’s super quick. I went with the $25 premium wash with free vacuum at the end. Will definitely head back here, can’t fault anything about it, the cleaning is really soft and easy on the car, Highly recommend.

This business puts other car washes to shame. They literally will make sure you are happy with their service. If your not happy they will fix it so as you are. Sari the owner actually talks to people and cares what you have to say. They had a young guy Aaron running around doing extras for people, he came and did my tires and rims to the point they were gleaming, well done Aaron. No well done to all. They have such a full list of choices that will satisfy all tastes and pockets. It’s great that this business is in our backyard , give it ago.

A regular wash club customer of 3 years at this place. But no more after today they have let me down. Wash left massive scratches on my bonnet and roof that has gone through my clear coat (Clearly some rocks or something at the start of the wash while the brushes rub over your car) Also i don't understand why there is this useless wall towards the end of the wash on the left side it also clipped my mirror and scraped it. I really don't understand how people are taking there high end luxury cars in here. Very dissapointed never again.

Yoooo, honestly this is the best car wash ever in Melbourne in my opinion , very very good cleaning stuff. I washed my car with the premium 20 price and it’s absolutely worth it. The guy which I asked for his name is Bevin was an absolute amazing guy with a friendly attitude and smiley face, he walked me through all the steps before entering my car to the machine. Will definitely come back, the best thing is that this thing is almost close to my house. I wish I can give more stars but unfortunately I cannot!! Thanks guys again

A couple of weeks ago I rang to see if a decal had fallen off my vehicle at the car wash. Within a half hour, I had received a photo of my car at the entrance, showing it was already missing. Thanks to their fast action, I was able to have the part recovered from the street I had parked (dodgy neighborhood...)before it disappeared. Very thankful for their excellent service. I have been using the wash package since they opened and highly recommend it for the value and convenience.

Wonderful car wash and amazing staff, especially the manager. He is always so polite and accommodating. He always looks after me by helping wipe my windows and shine the tyres - loves to have a good chat too! I take my car at least twice a week and have always had a great experience and a laugh with the manager - he adds character to a place like this and you can tell he makes all of his customers happy. Highly recommend.

Just went there with my vw passat and one of the employees folded my electric mirrors by hand! He did not ask to me to close them and when I told him he said “there is the sign mate”! When I ask where the sign is He pointed something saying “no extended mirrors”... which is not my case! Don’t know why he folded only my mirrors and not other cars. Very disappointed. Lucky he didn’t break them. Won’t go them anymore.

Yesterday was my first time came to this carwash. I'm so surprised about the space and the technology of this place which is unbelivable! I chose the $20 package and I like the idea of the auto system and it come with the free vaccum at the end which is very great value ! The full car is very shiny after the wash which is better than the other , I will keep coming every month for sure!!!

I washed my car yesterday and I always have a great experience. The staff are so kind and friendly and my car always looks fabulous. Yesterday my battery went flat and the kind staff member helped Me out. He hand jumper lead cables and got my car up and running again. The car wash was really busy but he still spent the time to help me out. I was so appreciative. Thank you.

Best carwash in town! Our whole family washes our cars here, so simple and efficient to use. Staff are very friendly even helped out when my car broke down. The bristles don’t scratch the paint on your car and the lasting top coat even keeps your car clean after it rains. Great value for money and leaves your car looking a million bucks.

Brought my car in today and had an awesome chat & laugh with Aaron. He was super friendly and nice, and did such an awesome job on my car (tires especially) that my car looked like it had just rolled out from the dealership. Definitely coming back (prices are really affordable too) and definitely recommending to family and friends.

The absolute best car wash in Melbourne. You pay $22 for a premium wash and that includes a high pressure soapy clean by two workers as well as the high tech automated wash and a wax. Then a free 10 minute vacuum. Car looks brand new, amazing! Wish there were more of these around! Also environmentally friendly! Love it!

I was one of those guys that never wanted to use auto car washes until I was asked to try Grand Wash Auto by my partner. After seeing exclusive cars going through the wash, I thought to give it a go, and let me say, I was impressed. I signed up with a monthly subscription. The staff are ace. Very friendly and helpful.

I have been using this place for years now and love the convenience. Recently though I have noticed that my wheels are no where near as clean as they previously were when the car was washed. It appears something g has changed and I now have to wash the wheels at myself defeating the reason I used this car wash

I was always wary of automatic car washes as mostly they did a poor job. This car wash changed my mind and is the bees knees. You go in dirty and come out clean...simple and as it should be.
