"The location is so good just in the middle of downtown, about the price I dont remember but i think it was around $25 so expensive but I used the application spot hero and it did cost me $13 all day it was Sunday so I don't know if that will affect the price , the bean is near by and park the museum so very good spot"
"Great place to park! Very good location, lots of space (remember your spot"
"My experience was really superlative there (yes, I know it's a parking garage)"
"Parking for 12 to 24+ hours is reasonably priced, but you must make a reservation online"

Great place to park! Very good location, lots of space (remember your spot. I took a picture :). I've paid for a seven-day period, all done by their website. I got a digital barcode on my phone, and everything worked just fine. Oh, finally, they have in and out privilege...just perfect for a long period!
My experience was really superlative there (yes, I know it's a parking garage). I'm from Milwaukee and while I have used both the North and South Grant Park garages before, I don't always know where the kiosks are, but staff really went the extra mile to be helpful and totally friendly... and cool.
Parking for 12 to 24+ hours is reasonably priced, but you must make a reservation online. The fact that Samantha was so amiable, competent, and helpful contributed greatly to my satisfaction with their service. Her ability to find solutions made us happy. Samantha, I'm grateful.
We were visiting Chicago and didn't know our way around. Other than being caught off guard that the parking garage entrance was accessed from the middle of the street instead of to the right hand side, the whole process was super easy and we'd use Millenium parking again.
I reserved my space online a week before. I scanned my bar code to enter and exit the garage with ease. I contacted customer service for a map of the garage and it's pedestrian access, and they provided that as well. Great access to the Fine Arts Building downtown.
I love this garage. It's very convenient and safe. I never feel uncomfortable in this garage and have even left my doors unlocked before, which I wouldn't recommend. I just forgot to lock my car lol. Great location to enjoy pretty much all of Downtown Chicago.
If you want an easy to get in and out, and at a decent price, parking downtown, use this location. You can reserve it online for cheap, and just get in and out using your phone. An 8 hour parking was $11 for me. That is unheard of on Michigan Ave.
Great parking option for extended stays. Saved a ton by purchasing online prior to our trip. Free and unlimited ins and outs by scanning the barcode on your pass. Our hotel was 1 block off from this garage, so very convenient. Highly recommend!
I am a monthly parking garage user, paying a significant amount of $340 per month for two spots. While the manager of this parking garage place seems dedicated to proper management, I have encountered ongoing issues with the behavior of the
Very unclear and unprofessional instructions. Arrived before 10 AM to take advantage of a $17 rate that said 5 hours. No rates or explanation of rates are posred anywhere at the pay kiosks or anywhere in the parking areas which could easily
I was a monthly parker for 3 years during the pandemic and never had an issue. Ever since I switched to a discounted daily parker, because I come into the office less often, I've had nothing but issues every single time I come to work. Just
I love the location of this garage because it’s literally in the heart of downtown. I also didn’t think the price was too bad for downtown Chicago —especially during the Taste—which boasted having the most expensive parking meters in the US
On-site staff are economical with their help and metaphorical with their answers. (They directed us to an elevator that does not work and we had a double stroller.) Poor signage all around that makes for a good exercise on your navigational
I park here regularly. Spots are bigger than most, so my doors are not being hit all the time. 3 levels underground. Only thing is that late at night, you need to see who is around when your going down the stairs . They have security , but
The people who work here are so patient with me because I seem to have an issue every time and I always forget there's no phone signal underground. Always take a screenshot of your parking pass barcode to make your life a bit easier …
Safe and clean parking! Easy access to hotels, tourist sites, and restaurants. 4 minute walk to Palmer House Hilton Hotel. It was very clean and safe. Just make sure your vehicle isn’t too tall, as it is an underground garage (we drove a
No complaints here; super simple process of reserving your spot online ahead of time (great rebate, too) and arriving prepared with the barcode to scan at the entry. Our vehicle was parked securely in the second level and was in perfect
Wow, what a bad experience. I had used this lot several times before on my previous trips but this was strangely the worst. First, it was intimidating as there were many people standing around at both the entry and the exits. We weren't
We paid for parking from 11:30am to 3pm the next day and it was $38 - not too bad. Also, when you pay ahead you get a bar code in an email that you can print or bring up on your phone to scan when you enter and when you leave and you do
For the second time in a year, I arrived at the garage with a pre-paid ParkWhiz reservation 40 minutes before curtain time only to find the entrance closed with no explanation. There were cars exiting from the entrance, and no attendant
Received an error message that my reservation couldn't be completed, but the transaction still came out of my bank account. This could be a simple fix but when I call customer service for Millennium Garages (I've tried Grant Park South
Fantastic place to park if you want your car, and multiple others nearby broken into. Dozens of windows smashed throughout the lot including right in front of the office and nobody on the staff noticed? I would advise strongly parking
I like this garage! Clean and safe and accessible. What more could you ask for! The staff are professional and I enjoyed working with them. My 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 4x4 fits perfectly fine. A few inches to spare so drive slow.
Had a great experience with Millinium Garages. Specifically this South Garage. Did a one day pass for 10 bucks that I purchased online ahead of time. Was able to find the place and park without any trouble. Felt safe and relatively
My fiancé and I thought this garage would be a perfect place to park as it was central to all we wanted to accomplish downtown. We don't get to go downtown often, so we were trying to figure everything out. The garage was a little
This was not a good experience. The main level was full and I am not that familiar with the lower level and have had problems finding my car. I wound up leaving without attending my event. Most of the time it is great.
Go online to purchase parking at a discount. This location, is a little bit of a walk to the Shedd or field. Give yourself 30 min to walk there from this parking garage. Otherwise great prices, nice garage
Way better than parking at soldier field cheaper too about half the price plus you don't have to wait in line for 30 minutes like you do at soldier field it's only like a 15 minute walk to soldier field
Super easy to get in and out, and a great price on spot hero if you want a day downtown at the art museum, by the lake or millennium park. Highly recommend and will be using again.
Good location as far as proximity to touristy things I wanted to go see. Had trouble with the payment machine and ended up having to pay with the staff at the booth on the way out.
Super easy to get in and out, and a great price on spot hero if you want a day downtown at the art museum, by the lake or millennium park. Highly recommend and will be using again.
That was too great Actor Russell Tovey and gallerist Rob Diament set up their Talk Art podcast in 2018. Thus far it spans more than 200 episodes and 5 million downloads. This book
The garage attendants are pretty awful. All they do is stand around and no nothing. They are unhelpful and blatantly rude. Garage also reeks of urine and is pretty dark.
We always park here to enjoy the City ! If it is to enjoy the City or take the walk to soldier Field. It has always felt personal safety and Auto is safe also!!!
It's always interesting to study out the city and the transportation process of Metra or other trains coming and going around and through our city. …
Parking is ok. 3h costs $27. The only problem is exit pole: you need to insert your parking ticket, then credit card, but upside down (magnetic strip up)
It's ok. A maze yet there is available parking. Staff is helpful. No wifi so pulling up a ticket is difficult if you didn't do it in advance.
Before during and after big events, the parking attendants should assist in moving the exiting vehicles out safely and in an orderly fashion.
Easy in and out. I don't park in downtown Chicago often, but this seems expensive. It is however a great location.
I would recommend this garage. Use spothero first to get a better price for a parking spot. It is underground.
Not a bad spot to park for the money. Looks run down and seedy but that seems to fit with the image these days.
Conveniently located downtown near all the sites. Affordably priced especially through spothero. Well managed.
Well-lit and good signage, though could use better ventilation. Best to book online for better prices.
Parking here is very convenient for visiting downtown loop attractions, has three underground levels.
Pre-paid, easy in/out privileges. Gentleman was on duty for assistance with bar code not working.
Pay machines did not accept the scanned voucher. No one answered the repeated calls to support
Just huge place. Amazing spot always available right under the street for Symphony orchestra.
Horrible customer service experience from James. Very angry and aggressive.
