Vendors beware! Only listed with Grants because they had a fabulous agent Leanne who left Grants a few weeks into our campaign. The minute she left the entire campaign fell to pieces. After hours spent on cleaning our home to get ready for an open, we discover it wasn’t even showing up on the main advertising sites as open (stating contact agent). Emails are responded to late or not at all by the owner Stuart, needed to remind them to change phots, slow in making other promised changes (8 days to update the listing description) and told the owner we are not in a rush to sell and firm on price yet doesn’t respect sellers wants and needs. Most unpleasant realestate experience. Photos they take are average at best compared to others.

Do not deal with chris griffihs, tottally unproffessional and possibly the biggest liar ive ever met! Be warned, this idiot couldnt even sell hamburgers at mcdonalds, which by the way this clown proboly couldnt get a job there! Be warned! Dont use this idiot!
