I've been a patient at this practice for a couple of years and as the other reviews state the service was good. However when I couldn't attend an appt cos of covid they ring with the most unprofessional receptionist who says you've been deregistered go find yourself another practice and cuts the phone, she refuses to let me speak to someone else because I can't converse with someone who says what they want and cuts the phone on me. I had to call back and again the same receptionist rude as anything, I asked if I could speak to a senior or manager because I didn't feel comfortable speaking to her and she went on about how she's been a manager before elsewhere so she knows what she's doing and refused to put me through to anyone. Absolutely appalling, yet if I'm to attend the practice with covid I would be wrong too. I rang an hour prior to my appointment time and the cow still made a scene. The receptionist think they're bosses.

The price is expensive. This is the first time I saw a dentist without wearing a mask. I didn't wear a mask because I needed to check my teeth. The doctor repeatedly asked me and my boyfriend to keep a distance from her. At first, I didn't understand what she meant. After leaving, my boyfriend explained that the dentist said that the distance was too close so she fear that we would infect her with the covid virus, but it was interesting that she did not wear a mask but despised us(my bf wear a mask always). I think this experience is not worth the high cost of consultation. I feel sad about what I experiend. But other staffs are friendly. Thanks

I never have any complaints with the very friendly and helpful staff who have taken great care of my teeth for 60 years. Its sad that they can no longer provide the NHS dental care, however I will not seek to change dentists and will be happy to continue my treatment there despite having to pay in future. They saw me all the way through covid fir all regular appointments and had the right balance of safety and care. I have no issues with any matters re hygiene, safety and their need to also be safe in the workplace, their actions are not at all intrusive or OTT.

I would like to review Dr Aakash Patel, i just had an horrible experience with him. He misguided me and told me that i need Root canal treatment for my molar tooth which can't be done on NHS reduced price. . I had my tooth done Root canal treatment on the NHS on other clinic. He should have told me that he can't do it and give me the chance to ask other clinic. He also tried to charge me emergency diagnosis which i didn't ask for at all, I rang to book an appo and i found empty slot in the same day and he tried to use this, please be carful of him.

Have been going to this practice for quite a few years. Love the practice, from the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed with a smile from the lovely receptionists. The Dentists and Nurses are great too, Neil has been treating me for years and I have total confidence in his abilities. When I visit the hygienist, she is great too. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist, I have even taken out the care plan there which saves me money in the long run. Thank Neil and all your team.

Overall, the practice is great and all staff, my dentist, orthodontist are polite and professional. However, my last few appointments have not been on time. On one occasion I waited almost 40 minutes. I appreciate things get delayed but recently it’s been every time I visit. Quite frustrating when you’ve took time off from work and then find yourself dashing back or having to ask colleagues to cover. I’ve given 4 stars because the service is amazing and I have no complaints there, it’s just timings!

I've had a few dentists in my 65 years, some very good, the odd one not so good. Mr Aboo at Granville is right up there with the very best (if not THE best). His care, attention to detail and "bedside manner" are a real breath of fresh air. He explains everything very patiently and freely gives advice on lifestyle choices and diet to promote good oral health and hygiene. This makes it very easy to strongly recommend Mr. Aboo and Grenville Clinic.

Reception staff are always efficient and extremely welcoming. The attention to hygiene measures is meticulous. In terms of dentist, I've been coming to Colin Storry for 20 years, and I would never consider going anywhere else. He is thorough, personable and always highly professional and knowledgeable. He is reassuring and takes the care to explain every part of treatment and what options are involved. It is a quality service throughout.

I was really worried about my gum and felt it was infected. I got an emergency apmt really quickly and everyone i saw from the receptionist to the dentist and nurse were amazing. They really helped me feel at ease and looked after me so well. I left feeling relieved and knew i was in good hands. I have a follow up apmt also and cant thank the team enough.

A great dentist! Aleena is fantastic and is especially good with my children every time we visit. They are comfortable and are total ease whilst getting my checked so very thankful for a lovely experience each time The staff are also really friendly, the receptionists I’ve spoken to are very helpful and accommodating so yes, overall a fantastic clinic!

My check ups have always been with Aleena, her exams are thorough and fully comprehensive, she is fantastic at her job, her attention to detail, communication, the way she takes her time and explains everything to me is brilliant! :) She is so polite and makes me feel at ease. Colin Storry has been my dentist for 15 years, even after I located to South Yorkshire 7 years ago. His clinical expertise, calm manner, paramount focus on patient outcome, and how lovely all the staff are, makes me continue to see him - even with the 3 hour round trip!! Don't waste your time with this practice. I've been enquiring for 6 months and as soon as they hear you're a NHS patient, they're not interested and end the call. One receptionist said it'll be a YEAR before they start taking NHS patients. Only Private patients exclusively allowed! The neglect of customers is appalling!!

I've used Granville Dentist for years, always very good, but last year I decided to have Invaslign braces. Asma took me through the whole process. In less than a year I have perfect teeth and very grareful for Asma's experience and expertise. It is definitely worth and advisable to have Invaslign through the dentist.

The service was good as usual. However I was very disappointed that they have introduced a £30 deposit for booking my next appointment. This is strange as my dentist has known me for 20 years and in that time I have never not showed for an appointment. Loyalty seems to count for very little.
