"Small, clean and has access from I-40 frontage road, so anyone can have access to it"
I had ignored this park for a long time, since it is right next to the freeway frontage road I had not expected much of it, but the parking lot being by the front of road actually gives it a nice buffer so the park itself feels pretty pleasant, it is also a rather large park. There's some big open fields, two separate play areas, a tree-lined walkway on the east side, and additional street parking on the north side, and a covered picnic area. Very pleasant for a walk, it felt safe during the day and there was also a kid's soccer game happening on the north side of the park. Interesting views in most directions, and even the giant wall of the freeway to the south is a bit of variety from the views in many parks. The one caution I would have about this park is that if you have kids you are taking to the play area, you may wish to look things over carefully first as being so close to the freeway there may be objects on the ground you don't want your kids handling.
I've always enjoyed Graves Park as a place to meet friends for a game of soccer or football since there is a huge amount of flat open area. Easily accessible. I would not recommend the park as a picnic spot, unless you are sitting in a remote location on a blanket only because during picnic weather the tables are almost always occupied by the homeless who purchase their beer and vodka at nearby Four Winds travel center. However, the number of inebriated individuals is far lower than at Coronado Park just a few blocks away.

There was large human feces with a male underwear next to it, underneath the playground. Good thing I noticed before my kids started playing all over. I pray and hope that it was (and STILL is) painful for the degenerate that did that. I didn't even take a picture, just wanted to get out of there.
Small, clean and has access from I-40 frontage road, so anyone can have access to it. The only thing I didn't like is that there's a lot of people that maybe shouldn't be there and they are, but still a nice little park for children to play and have fun. And adults to relax for a bit.
This is a nice park with the exception of the bums that like to sleep in the playground. Other than that it has a baseball field, play gym, climbing feature, shaded table for picnics, and a wide open grassy area. Plenty of parking for medium sized commercial vehicles on down.
Quaint little park with a baseball field. I was looking for a quiet place to take my nephew to practice baseball. This park was great. Sure there were some homeless people, but that's a societal issue. As long as they don't intrude on our fun, then I'm fine with them.
I normally pick up my son from his school nearby and never have had problems. I have heard of some issues with homelessness but in this nation these days, unless it's an affluent area, most parks will have Americans without homes looking for a place to sleep or live.
Unfortunately this park is not monitored for trash or debris. One can often find beer cans and empty alcohol containers in addition to used syringes with needlea still intact. It is a quaint little park but is, shamefully, not taken care of.
The playground @ graves park was over run by weeds . there were empty methadone bottles all over along with a few syringes . it looks like the city of abq parks & rec are doing a lousy job. A city of abq super visor drove up sat in her
It was nice. Family’s were there playing ball, along with a middle school foot ball team. I brought my puppy there and everything went very well. Only thing I say could be better is there being more soft green grass.
The playground is great, there are homeless people who hang here which is ok if they didn't intrude energetically on the experience. Lots of street around park so lots of energy to balance with a little and a dog..
Residence do not like anybody visiting don't like people around complain liquor start fights call cops for no reason besides somebody trying to sit in the park and play with the dog
Nice, quiet park. Lots of space to take your pets, plenty of shaded areas. The neighbors take pride in their park and keep it safe by watching out for each other. Great place!
It would be a great place if there wasn't so many homeless people standing around waiting for us to be done so they could sleep on the playground
I took my children here to play and there was something to do for all ages. My children ages ranged from 1 to 11 and they all had so much fun!!!
Very nice park. Beautiful. But beware of being there with a backpack on. People are very rude and tend to stare and tell you to leave.
Nice, clean, and play ground for the kiddos and a great walking trail, also a few benches, just a nice place to have lunch,,,,
This park is perfect in every way only that they should make a bathroom so people wouldn't have to go to there homes instead
Nice park, good walking, nice playground for small and bigger kids. The freeway so close is a little loud but it's not bad
Nice little park, always loved that we have 2 parks with geraffe shaped climbing things... From way back when.

Nice quiet place to relax. Has a nice play area for the kids and offers plenty of shade.

I play baseball with dead people and ghosts. They are not even scary. It is so fun.
