I have learned my lesson in trusting an insurance broker that I found on google. They were not proactive in telling me that the insurance that I signed on for was not being honored because they did not put the paperwork through correctly. Because of this, my old policy lapsed and my only hope at getting a decent price was void because of my previous insurance lapsing. A weak apology was given but that doesn’t help me get my time or money back. If you are a new customer, I don’t recommend Grey Rock but if you want to take the risk, make sure they double check their work and don’t expect them to be proactive if something goes wrong. It makes me wonder how a claim is handled. Knowing what I know now about Grey Rock, I am happy I am not their customer.

Been with them for years, 1999 up to 2004. I had trusted them specially on my early stage of having car insurance. I still remember that I need to bring my Dodge Caravan at 7:30 am office day to personally check what I bought and can be insured and assess properly which I found it odd but I sense they are seriously considering me as new customer. I worked in life insurance and investment firm in Manila Philippines based on my experience the company has good service and standard. Still as a consumer do your homework always.

This broker came through for me on two occasions. First, they covered me with a facility policy for my auto after an unfortunate string of claims (kids learning to drive) caused my insurer to cancel my previous policy. Later, they found a personal liability policy carrier for me for my sole proprietor consulting business. I have found the Gray Rock folks to be friendly and competent.

People that care and never mind the commercials you see wishing for someone to show up out of thin air, just call the great people at Gray Rock Insurance and they help you with your insutance needs! Great people taking care of important matters!

Don't even bother speaking with them! They take forever to respond and provide horrible service!! They are extremely rude on the phone. They say they provide the best options when it isn't even true. If i could give zero stars I would.

Had an accident in the last 30 years? Forget it they won’t take you on! Don’t waste your time here.
