Waited an hour and half for our food from Uber eats. We rang the restaurant to find out what was going on. Spoke to a guy who didn’t put us on hold and could hear them making excuses after excuses in the back ground about where our food was. We then got passed to the Manager and she was rude and unhelpful saying the food was sitting on the counter made but no Uber driver had showed up. She then said we should have gone with menu log or Deliveroo and that Uber was renown for not showing up. Along with all of this the food was cold and unfortunately unedable. Understand that this may have been an Uber issue but even the food was hot we still think would have been bad quality. Poor customer server and bad food made for a bad experience.

UPDATE: Not sure how the comment below changes the fact that it took 1.5 hours to make the food that was meant to take 20mins. This prevented us from being able to order other food once the order was cancelled as it was already so late at night and everywhere was closed. Waited ONE AND A HALF HOURS for our uber eats order to be made for them to to finally cancel it anyway??? Ordered 7.30pm and had the order cancelled at 9pm!!! Uber eats customers are paying customers too- imagine having a customer come into your store, order, pay, and wait 1.5 hours and then after all that time you walk over, tell them you won’t be making their meal and kick them out?! Absolutely disgraceful.

I loooove this cozy bar hiding in the middle of fortitude valley. Prices are very reasonable with some good quality beer. The venue supports live music and pays generous amounts to the musicians while I find really great. The bar gallery is worth a visit. The back of the bar looks like a WW2 dungeon with many little places to hang out. Plus there are a couple pool tables and vintage video games machine. Reccomend this place for a Friday/Saturday night. Pretty quite on Sundays but still cozy witg a good atmosphere.

Extremely disappointing, I left my jacket on the seat came back 5 minutes later to the bar and asked for it apparently a staff member had taken it home. I was willing to wait for her to return it but the bar tender assured me he would get it back. I then called to tell them I would be in to get it when I turned up it was gone again, no one could give me an answer, I emailed still no reply. This was my mother’s and very expensive. Not impressed at all would never go back.

Having lived in Melbourne for 5 years I was curious to see if there was a pub like I remember back home... and sure enough Greaser is it. Down an alley, through a kitchen and then you're in a basement world from another dimension. It's actually awesome. Really cool bar tender, lots of rooms to hang in, pool table... pretty spot on alternative vibe. Oh... and the food (Greaser burger) is totally worth trying, really good... and chips, really good. Totally going back.

This is an amazing venue that my friends and I just happened to stumble upon by accident while in the Valley. There is always live rock music playing, the staff are very friendly, drink prices are reasonable. We don't usually order food but this weekend we did get a serving of chips with aoili and they were pretty top notch. This has become a regular haunt for us, with there being a nice little back area away from the general bar section to hang out.

I would have give no star if I could. We order a burger and it was cold, not even warm. Try to talk to waitress but they ignore us didn't come to our table to get the burger back. We took it to the kitchen after 20 mins and they just put it in microwave for us and yea it's still just warm. Waitress finally came to our table and tell us that we'll have to leave the area coz the band is gonna start soon haha. Well done

Me and my partner have spent our 5 year and 6 year with intentions to spend ever single one after purely because of Alby, Stella, Joel, and Gotcha, in my 15 years of bar managing I've never met a more awesome team anywhere in the world! They are always so warm and welcoming and kind, coming in to see them makes the travel time 10000% worth it! Whatever y'all are paying them it's not nearly enough! Love you guys!!!

This has been a long time favourite hidden bar of mine, but I visited recently for the first time since becoming a wheelchair user and was amazingly surprised that they were able to accommodate my accessibility needs by supplying a ramp and a helping hand. Very friendly and helpful staff. You won’t find a better place!

Interesting little hangout, a hideaway from the rest of the dodginess of the Valley. It took me ages to find it but look for the security guard out in front of a small laneway. Not sure what is on offer drinkwise but it was a unique space with lots of different seating areas and stages.

I've been there once, amazing atmosphere, delightful hamburguers and great quality of live music. One thing I didn't like was customer service, I ordered a pint and it came with an insect when I told the waitress she was sarcastic and threw the insect off giving me the same pint.

Tonight I was served by a lovely gentleman in a black dress with long black hair. He was very nice and had a good knowledge of the beers. He also offered fresh apple juice for my vodka apple. He was a delight. Also, the man with long blonde hair was throwing off lovely vibes.

Super fun bar... deep in the belly of the valley! Great times for a whiskey gypsy, great live acts and good staff. Kinda dark with its dim lighting but this just adds atmosphere... there crinkle cut chips at the bom-diggity, burgers are delicious as well …

The dark underground bar. Great beer and menu of comfort foods. I knew the Chicken was great so tried the beef burger, other than cold chips it was delicious. Great 'cave' to meet up with friends and find privacy with all the nooks around the corners .

Also ordered food. Our table had hotdogs, burgers, Mac n cheese, chips and fried blooming onion. It was all delicious and well priced. food selection of beers and my margarita was ace. Definitely hitting Greaser up when I'm in the Valley again …

Honestly if you want to see live music look here. It's got plenty of unknown local artists to discover. The fresh apple juice is the best the thing on the menu and staff are far above for the valley. The pool table and arcade machines are worthwhile

Manager was abusive, as I was bobbing my head in one spot while standing at my table to "heavy metal" I got screamed at for "dancing" Bar staff were awesome tho I sang ADTR with one of them great experience and all 100% positive on the bar staff.

Awesome joint. Dim lighting in a cosy hidden bar. Food was really good. Tried both the greaser and the chicken burgers. Both were super juicy. Very good value. Great selection of beers and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great pub with an awesome energy about it. A little on the dirt side, probably needs some new furniture. But staff are awesome and this place is always a good time. Do yourself a favour and check them out next time you are in the area.

I've always enjoyed coming here. Regular free gigs for interesting bands, good range of beers, tasty burgers and a very grungy underground feel to the venue. Great for just chilling out with mates, away from the nightclub scene.

This is *THE* dive bar in Brisbane. Atmosphere is just right and the bar staff are great. Menu has improved quite a bit and now its also a great place to get eats as well as a few drinks. $5 drink specials and burgers on Weds.

Another gem in the city of Brisbane. Fantastic food with great veggo options, karaoke and comedy nights and a cool vibe all round. Staff again are super friendly and knowlegable about the beers they carry. Love it!

Had a booking for weeks for a large table. Was called an hour and a half before the booking that it had been cancelled due to the place being booked out for a private event. Terrible service.

I love this ratty bar - it is the best! Great atmosphere, great bands, they have PBR and there is space where you can move away if you're old and need to protect your ears for a little bit.

Who'd of thought going down a alleyway, turning left through a working kitchen then into a small doorway would lead you into an alternative bar with awesome (not to mention cozy) seating.

Cool little spot for a late night feed. Bar service can be hit and miss, sometimes lacking in knowledge and not the friendliest and warm and friendly other times.

Amazing atmosphere. Was there on burger Wednesday. I paid 11$ for a beer and a really tasty burger. Can’t complain in any aspect.
