I don't review places ever but I had such a terrible experience at this Great Clips. I wish I got her name but she didn't introduce her self. I had (yes, had) about 1.5'' long beard and I asked her to blend my sideburns. She took a huge chunk out of my beard with a #1 clipper. She was going for another pass and I had to tell her to stop. She apologized and tells me don't worry it will grow back. Then she proceeds to insult me by repeatedly telling me my beard is too long anyways. To make it look somewhat even she had to trim my beard down to a quarter inch. She rushed through the rest of my haircut and forgot to clean up around my ears. The other stylist gave me some beard oil for my troubles. I wont be back.

True story.... I am partially handicapped. Legs just don't work as before. The girls at Great Clips knew I was struggling. The thing about Great Clips, they take good notes no matter where you go. They wiped up a High & Tight on my headphones better than anyone.. These chic's are great.. Small talk is good and they make you relax and you feel like a friend when your finished. I bought a bottle of Tea Tree shampoo without any by GT GT n my umm I'm pressure other because I love the stuff.. Cuts are 16.00, give them a twenty and I assure you that you will be remembered the next time.. Thank you girlies.. my hair is fabulous.. T.

My daughter got her haircut here and wanted a simple trim. The “stylist” Anete didn’t listen to her at all! She wanted a half inch taken off and the lady took 4 or 5 inches off without asking if that was what we wanted! She kept wiping her nose with her hands and didn’t even bother using hand sanitizer! The other people working were really good about cleaning and were wearing masks but this lady was wearing a shield and was just really rude all together. We will not be returning to this location!

I would give ZERO stars, but can't do that. My husband just got a butchered hair cut tonight 15 minutes ago. The guy was supposed to taper, but instead, SHAVED IT DOWN TO NOTHING on the sides!! Then he gets nasty with my husband, after he gets upset. Now I have to try and fix it. Don't they listen? ? ? Won't go back there again.

Great place but I only asked for a trim for my son and the lady cut it military cut which is not what I or my son wanted. We wanted a trim around the ears and front and she took it down to a medium fade. She knows my son and his cut. Normally I love it but lately I wonder sometimes if they really listen.

Don't come here if you haven't checked in online. I came in, and was supposedly next in line. Three people came in after me that used an online check in. Does my in peson check in mean anything? Nope. So my wait went from 5 minutes to who knows. Walked right out. Do you not want new customers?

Stylist with long red hair has not done a cut in 20 minutes. Sweeping, walking around...couldn't possibly move slower. Almost like she is trying to get to 5pm without doing a haircut. The other stylist is not any faster, but she has done 2 in that time. Terrible.

I have been using this salon for thirteen years. They do a fantastic job cutting my hair. I couldn't be more pleased. Appointments are easy using their online app. No wait when you make your appointment online.

Went in wanting a pretty drastic cut and it came out perfectly and was everything I wanted. Super friendly and I felt comfortable during the entire experience. Would 100 percent recommend!

I love Great Clips! The stylists are really good & I have a tough hairstyle to cut. Also, everyone is still wearing face masks so you feel really safe.

The ladies there remember their customers and what they like. Very knowledgeable about what they do and how to give you the haircut you want.

Love the Tatum Rd & Cave Creek store. Great customer service and always friendly there. Ask for Rose she manges the store. Great lady!!
